English is my 3rd language, I effectively communicate in writing but I get stocked when it comes to speaking fluency because I do have hard time to respond in a real time during conversations. This is because it takes a me a while to organize my thoughts then translate those thoughts in to words, and finally put the words in the proper order of sentence construction to get across to my audiences. So, please let me know how I will be able to get ride off this legging behind during conversation. Thank you.
