When this song debuted, one of my biggest critiques for it was how I don't think that this song really knew what it wanted to be, and therefore, solely for the sake of forcing theatrics (i.e. the abrupt tonal changes, rhythm shifts, spoken German breakdown section, etc) , it ended up being, like, four and a half different songs chained together and bookended by a single refrain. Seriously, you can listen to the original version of Guren no Yumiya, skip to any point on the duration bar multiple times, and you'll probably get a different song with each click. At least, by just making it a eurobeat remix that doesn't drop the eurobeat theme, Guren no Yumiya, for once, has a unifying musical theme across the span of its entire, rather disjointed, and utterly wacko composition. tl;dr: Turbo saved this song by just making it a eurobeat banger.
