The dark hair looks STUNNING on you! Also, I love the idea of this format in place of monthly reading wrap-ups. This is why you're my fave, you're always finding new creative videos to do!
i literally adore you oml i’ve been searching for books that aren’t the exact same across the board with all the same authors bc tagts what i’m finding in every booktubers videos. love that i can count on you when i’m in a major slump
I hate to hear that, actually. Chandler has been so (historically) critical that I DEFINITELY give weight to her positive recommendations--but she's crapped on some books that I really LOVE, and I consider myself to be a picky reader too. And that's fine, she's certainly allowed to have her own preferences and opinions. I just hate to hear when people completely negate books based entirely on her reviews. :(
I loved this video! I have been on a romance kick lately and I am so here for these recommendations. I actually purchased The Right Move on kindle as you were recommending it, so I will be reading it soon! Also, I am very curious about Mile High and In a Jam, so they might me next :)
I usually avoid books with cheating like the plague, but Block Shot make me FEEEEEEL things. Definitely recommend it, though another trigger warning I would have to note are weight loss/discussions of weight and terminal illness. I love Kennedy Ryan's writing style, but her books can be extremely dark (I'm looking at Long Shot - which featured super graphic SA on page),
I completely agree with you about Liz Tomeforde's books. I loved both so much!!! You should definitely try Grace Reilly. I've read "Breakaway" and it's been one of my favourites so far in 2023!
YAYYY In A Jam getting some booktube hype!! My most favorite romance recently was If Only You by Chloe Liese (book 6 in the Bergman Brothers series, out 4/11) or Business or Pleasure by Rachel Lynn Solomon, out 7/4
Is there a difference between romance/smut recs? Asking for a friend who only wants to read smut, but *DOES* prefer smut with plot. (That friend is me, btw.)
Yess!!! I gave Ignite 5 stars too I loveeeeee that book so much, I actually just finished Taste which is about Ellie who is Winnie's bestfriend I gave it 3.5 stars cause of the trope towards the end and I am not a fan, and now I started Tease with the middle sister Felicity!
Captivated by Tessa Bailey and Eve Dangerfield is about an aspiring comedian. It’s even better (and way hotter) than Funny Feelings and I loved Funny Feelings.
I read both Flawless and Mile High and I really want to continue the series but it's so hard for me to read romance companion novels with siblings for some reason? Once I've read the first one I just can't see the sibling in a romantic light like they're my sibling too 😂 Nevertheless I have started the Right Move and I'm enjoying it so far and I will likely read Heartless soon.
Omg same! Although for me, I cannot read any companion novels in a series without taking a break because seeing two other people as the 'main couple' of a book is so difficult for me!
I've subscribed and unsubscribed to your channel so many times 😂 because I like the feedback on things you LIKE, but found myself dramatically disagreeing on some of the things you've really hated. If that makes sense. 😛 But I've noticed you becoming a little less negative, and have been watching more of your videos again. I'm certainly not one of those "don't say anything negative about authors; they work so hard" 🙄people....everyone has their opinions, and I certainly have mine!!....but I guess I personally just enjoy your less extreme reactions. All THAT to say: I'm subscribing. Again. 🤣
Um the hair, the skin, the nails, the jewelry AND spicy book recs? Everything in this video was perfection
thank you so much
Glad to see I'm not the only who felt this way! 💖
heavy on the haiirrrr omg it’s so pretty
I totally prefer this kind of video rather than a monthly wrap up! I like knowing what you think is the best out of what you’ve been reading!

The Liz Tomforde books are my new favorites! The heroines and heros are all top tier. Thank you for recommending them 🥰
Who told Chandler I was on the lookout for spicy romance reads? Whoever it was, I thank you! This video was right on time! 👏🏾🙌🏾

powerless and the right move are some of my recent 5 stars! loving the new ‘wrap up’ format!
The way your nails match the In a Jam cover ❤
You look stunning! Also your voice is so calming.
I love the cover of Funny Feelings 🥲
i love the new format!! more positivity and perfect recs thank you very much!!

Honestly, I prefer this to wrap-ups. This was great!
i like this format! thanks for the recommendations!
I love mutual pining. Ryan and Indy are perfection . heartless is my favorite too.
The Right Move, yes! Saw this in your GR feed and I had to read it.
You have no idea how much I love you! Thank you for this video🥰
I do love these videos!! When you hate a book I remove it from my list so I love seeing you gush about the ones you loved!!❤

Enjoyed the video. There are a few books you’ve talked about I must read. Thanks!
adding all of these to my TBR list

I read managed after you mentioned it in a previous video and I LOVED it, thank you so much!
Funny feelings was sooooooooo good.
Thanks for the recommendations !
I needed this.
Adding all of these to my tbr right now 😂
You should check out the stage dive series. A couple of enemies to lovers in my opinion in a good way. It’s a series focusing on 4 Band mates
kind of related to this but i read 'a deal with the devil' yesterday from your rec and omg it was amazing, I need to read all of elizabeth's books now
ah i'm so glad you liked it!
That book was one of my faves in a long time!
omggg these are such great recommendations!! can we read right move without reading mile high ?
yes you can!
what blush are you wearing? ps i love your videos

she's been on my radar! glad to hear that one worked out for you
Much prefer this kind! I liked the other videos but I never really got recs from them, just things to avoid. My Kindle is STOCKED after this video 😂
Your hair!! 😍😍
I've heard so many great things about In A Jam, I need to pick is up ASAP!
First book doesn't sound like me at all, yet the way you talked about it makes me want to read it... Easily influenced I guess...🤷🏽♀️ 🤣
YAYYY In A Jam getting some booktube hype!! My most favorite romance recently was If Only You by Chloe Liese (book 6 in the Bergman Brothers series, out 4/11) or Business or Pleasure by Rachel Lynn Solomon, out 7/4
this came to me at the right time - I've just had a spree of spicy DNFs 🙃and I was slowwwwly losing the will to live
Your hair and skin....
A+ girl!!

i think everyone's definition is going to vary. all of these romances have sex. they are not 100 page sex-only novellas.
that black hair is EATINGGGG okay?!!

I like the new covers of your new videos very pretty
thanks!
Ugh In a jam was so cute and spicy 😩
I beg of you to read Breakaway by Grace Reily. Best hockey romance I've read.
Ooooh I just picked up Ignite in the last Audible sale
Bumping up In a Jam 👀
THE RIGHT MOVE !!! Forever grateful you messaged me about that one 😍
If you haven’t read another book with a striving comedian, have you not read Tessa Bailey & Eve Dangerfield’s ‘Captivated’?
giving rich soccer mom vibes in the best way
lmaoooo
I love Victoria Ashley. I started reading her years ago when she was a small Wattpad author. Her book “wake up call” is my all time favorite!
hello dark haired Chandler you are looking beautiful
ah thanks so much! dyed it on sunday haha
