      你好!你可以用焗爐代替, 開焗爐不可高過140m 60c,如果熱度高過你可用塊毛巾或紙攝入到焗爐門讓熱氣走少些, 謝謝你的寶貴問題

      @@amyscuisine-2134 thanks for the prompt reply. I love your videos. I Am wondering if there is a difference between peeling the skin off the shrimps before they are cooked or after they are cooked. Thanks.

      @teah8609 if you peeled the skin first the shrimp will shrink a lot and the texture will be a bit tougher.

      我查過Amazon 有得賣免運費乾腸衣個名叫 Edible Collagen Casings Dry Pig Sausage Casing Tube 14mx28mm $10.54 另外一個是有鹽醃的腸衣叫Natural Hog Casings for sausage by Oversea Casing $10.95 或者你去(Wegmans 和 Trader Joe’s 西人超市)這兩間超市西雅圖都有,但只賣有鹽醃的那種冇乾的,乾的要在Amazon 網購,我唔敢買因為唔識整。

      今個月在Costco 有臘腸賣特價,棧然金牌子,$8.69 有兩包500g×2=1kg

      多謝你提我Costco有持價 ,但有一種臘腸名叫(廣珍)好好食是一間越南人在LA開的店整,不過比錢佢地都唔會寄貨,除非你有朋友幫寄,所以想自己學整隨時有得食,還有你去西人超市買腸衣最好問拾貨的工作人員自己找好難見到的是放在凍櫃裡面。
