I kinda figured that! 😊 My sister, myself and our mom is catching up on Netflix. I don't have cable, just over the air channels and so I was only able to watch whatever was aired whenever they decided to play it, and of course it was never in any sort of order. But I have gotten my sister and my mom who is in her eighties, hooked on it and I go over every Sunday and we watch the show. Hands down the best program that I have ever seen. I wish I owned the whole thing. So I do appreciate your comment 😊

The first time I watched this video, I think my husband almost lost his mind because this was literally all I made for breakfast (would have done lunch and dinner too but my husband still needed to be fed, you know how they are 😂🥰) for about a week straight 😂 but it is absolutely delicious! I like my eggs done about medium, whites fully cooked (I can’t stand when the whites are still runny, the texture bugs me) with warm, runny, yolks and I like to have two or three since I love the runny yolk with the dish. I usually have bacon, potatoes, peppers, spinach, tomatoes, onions, and mushroom in mine. If I’m making it for myself and my husband I don’t include the spinach, onions, or tomatoes (or I only do it on half) since he’s not the biggest fan of those, but I always go nuts with the mushrooms! I also tend to cut my potatoes into smaller, bite sized pieces. I like to use pepper jack cheese when cooking for two but I also tried brie on it and it was heaven on a plate. Amber, please share more of your recipes with us!!!

Loved the medley of colours in this dish. I think the presentation of this dish would have been improved by using a white plate though, which would act as a contrast, instead of the orange plate. Looks like it tastes delicious and I might try this!

Hi Amber, Really enjoy watching all your various "cooking" videos. Don't cook a lot myself, but do enjoy learning how to do it better, even at my age. Really enjoyed this video, other than possibly using "flowers" in the recipe. Just started watching "Heartland" on Netflix, a couple of weeks ago. I'll usually binge watch a few episodes at a time. I think I'm currently on season 6, at the moment. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that a lot of "Heartland" was filmed near Calgary. Years ago, my parents moved our family to Calgary when I was 16, in November, from San Diego, CA. That first winter was tough, to say the least. The biggest trauma was having to sell my surfboard before we moved. Although, once we got settled in Calgary, my Dad was feeling sorry for me because I had, had to sell my 'board' when we moved. So he took me down the local Simpson-Sears, and bought both of us complete sets of skiing gear, and the clothing to go along with it. Needless to say, skiing was a good replacement for surfing, other than the fact that cold weather was necessary to do it. Reminiscing always brings back fond memories from sixty years ago.
