That blank was a deadstock Clark foam blank my buddys attic. This was board 15 for me, but have had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with industry pros who have made 100,000 + boards.
Thats a poly blank, i use silmar resin with a 5% styrene wax for hotcoat. If im shaping EPS i use resin research epoxy. Check out www.swaylocks.com for any shaping questions.

Thanks duder. The papers I use are for floor sanders or panel sanders with grits ranging from 36 to 220.
