The Best "Clark" portrayal is by Tom Wellings from Smallville. I mean he did 10 years of playing Clark.
He isn't the best, He is in my top 5 but the best is reeves bar none.
Didn't like him. He often acted confused, bitter and made the stupidest decisions. Even for a teenage version of Clark Kent, his came across as highly erratic and immature.

Look , we all have our fav Superman , im 49 I was almost 4 when I was in that theatre and got to see A man truly fly , Superman The Movie . I can clearly remember my father saying ohhh the real Superman will always be George Reeves , cause he grew up in the 50s. But once he saw Chris Reeve take off , by the end of that movie he looked at me and said omg son , that truly is Superman from the comics. My point being its ok to tweek Superman but they may want to tread lightly , too much and it will turn off a large portion of the Fandom. Believe me when I tell you that there are millions of fans that are 30-90 years of age . Yes the young fans matter but rember who will be spending those dollars, Lucas film never understood that and look at what they did to a money printing machine , all you have to do is respect the character and the Fandom. I wear glasses and a uniform. And from experience for years with people I work with can’t not or don’t recognize me outside of work when I don’t have glasses on and have on different clothes. It actually happens.

I actually don't mind the Clark Kent look. I like how it seems like he goes out of his way to try and hide his identity by not just the glasses but his hair is a very different style too. Certainly looks better than the actual Superman suit, lol. The only thing I like about the suit so far is how bright the colors are on it

He looks fine to me. I'm intrigued to see if they show him physically changing his hair back and forth between wavy and curly. I think it'd be a fun new way to expand on exactly what he does to transform back and forth. The physical super suit still looks strange but I'm sure certain details and imperfections will be digitized over or completely reworked.
