The lady has a very pleasant speaking voice, without the annoying upspeak of many Australians. I'm fascinated by the outback and I found this video a delight.
Glad you enjoyed it Steven, we have a full playlist on the outback, as we spent several years exploring there. And my dad would be happy to hear your assessment of my speaking voice - he is very proper English and was very strict about us speaking clearly. Thank you
Hi guys that was great, I wonder how many millions of overseas dollars will be spent here the Australian Tourist Authorities should be thanking you for a beautiful advertisement of our beautiful country . Sue your narration of this video was exceptional. Have a happy and safe 2024. 🎉❤
A well made comprehensive video showcasing hidden gems in our lucky country downunder. Taking my 11 tear old Grandson to Ayers Rock at the end of August - that short trip and your videos will help me plan more for the depths of the Australian outback. Thank you 😊
What an amazing episode! There is nothing better than the Australian Outback, So vast, diverse, and remote, and full of pinch me breathtaking moments. And red dirt is my fave thing ❤❤
A very impressive list Sue & Nigel I have certainly added these places to my list. Thank you both for bringing us some incredible footage of some of the remotest and iconic spots in Australia, throughout this past year. Look forward to seeing what is in store for 2024. Happy New Year, enjoy your break with family.
Thanks Lee! Nigel got back from work yesterday so all is good. Adventures begin again today! Thanks for being along for the ride this year, we are really looking forward to 2024.
I really love how you showed us hidden gems . A lot of tourists only see the East Coast of Australia and Uluṟu . You have shown us all of other less known places that are spectacular . Keep it up as you have done a great job producing these videos .
Thanks so much Louisa, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Those less known places are the best parts, in our opinion. Definitely the ones we remember the most. Hope you'll enjoy our next series too.

Cheers Geoff! Thanks for the kind words. We absolutely love the outback and have heaps of videos from the popular spots and some lesser known, if you feel like a binge. We’re currently in Tassie and loving it here too. Our videos come out at 8am AEST Sundays.
Some excellent places. I don't think I've been to any, but would love to see all of them. What beautiful red cliff walls with green water. Thanks for the great footage. And with that I'm caught up and ready for the 2024 adventures. Happy New Year!! 🎉😊😍
Haha that’s awesome Lynne. Thanks for catching up, and thanks so much for all your support this year. We hope you had a great Christmas and all the best for 2024 to you and your family 🧡
Hi thank you for replying to me I live in central QLD. It's gets very hot so I would like to go somewhere, maybe the QLD coast road or go to the mountains.
Thank you so much! My little Jayco van won't make it to all those places, but Silverton has been on my list for a long time. Did you go to Cameron's Corner or the Marree Man?
The only way to see the Marree Man is from the air, apparently, and as we’d already done a flight over the Painted Hills at Anna Creek, we couldn’t do another. It would be cool to see though. And no we haven’t been to Cameron’s Corner yet.
@@nigelandsueadventures there was a joke going around Sarwin in the 1960s. An American tourist asks a local if there are any Crocs in the river. Local slowly replies nah a s he is Jin the air the local finishes his sentence. Crocs at them years ago. Well maybe you should be careful of drop bears in the philba.
I've seen more snakes in my suburb in Brisbane than I ever saw in the outback! And country Victoria. If you pick the right time of year to go it would be a great trip with your wife and baby.
Here is some advice-- unless you're a beautiful has a Hollywood movie star do not appear on camera. Only wood movie stars have already set the high standard for female beauty and unless you're just about equal to the come on do not put your face on camera a person must knowledge that they are outclassed and people's opinions of female beauty or set by Hollywood whether you like it or not.

Desmond! Thanks for your lovely message, we can feel your excitement. We are super excited for you, it's no secret how much we love the Northern Territory. Coming from NZ winter you will probably find it hot, yes. Although August is about the best time to visit the NT. The nights may be quite cold in Central Aus. We would definitely recommend a fly net as your first purchase haha. Here's a link to all our videos on the NT. ruclips.net/p/PLic6_dxWYD-TURSqy3XL6CXisYmuNpXXb

Thank for sharing, already done most of them and agree with your assessment. I quite liked Chambers Pillar, enough to go twice. Cheers.
Thanks Mike, it’s definitely on our list. We’ve run out of time the last couple of times we’ve been in the red centre
5 Star….Thank you very much for sharing your Awesome trip
Cheers Greg, glad you enjoyed the round up!
Australia looks like America with those gorgeous red landscapes… I want to visit once in my lifetime. 🏜️

Thanks Rachel, glad you enjoyed it. There really are some beautiful places to visit in Australia.
Boodjamulla was spectacular. Loved it.
Will certainly add the others to our bucket list.
Still one of our favourite places we’ve visited. Happy New Year Michael 😃

So many great places, we are blessed in this big beautiful country
Thank you so much for this video. I'm definitely saving it for future reference and all of them in our bucket list.
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it
Awesome love the outback ❤
Us too! It’s our favourite place in Australia, I mean, it’s a big place!
The ridgetop drive in Arkaroola was my Mums treat for her 80th bday, she loved it! We spent a lovely time doing the whole region. 🙂
Oh what an awesome birthday that would have been. I bet she loved it
Great video guys, can't wait to get to the Flinders 😊
Oh it’s so good there, you’ll love it! Make sure you do the sunrise at Bunyeroo or Razorback lookout
Such an awesome documentary, I thoroughly enjoyed it
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching 😊
Great video, I just bought a 2005 Mitsubishi express van and my husband is doing up for me to travel. From Michelle in Australia. Happy New year.
Oh that’s so exciting! Where will you go first?
Hi thank you for replying to me I live in central QLD. It's gets very hot so I would like to go somewhere, maybe the QLD coast road or go to the mountains.
@@michelle10261 sounds good! The coast is beautiful but maybe too busy at this time of the year.
Gorgeous ancient unspoilt landscape, like USA but without the crowds.
Hi Sue your presentation in second to none
Oh thank you Charles, I really appreciate that comment.
Very nice camper van 🚐👏👏😍
Thanks! We love our tiny home
Thank you so much! My little Jayco van won't make it to all those places, but Silverton has been on my list for a long time.

Awesome video guys. Thank you for sharing it. Happy new year, looking forward to seeing much more 🎉
Same to you Sally! We are super excited for all the adventures to come on 2024. Starting with Tassie!
The lady is an Aussie, also to scare flies away spray Areogard fly repellent if you visit.
Mate aerogard does nothing against those vicious flys!!
Happy New Year.
Thank you David, same to you. Hope you have some exciting plans for 2024
Very noice adventures!
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it!
Well presented video - far too many ads.
Thanks for watching and apologies that you found the ads distracting. PS we love fish and chips!!
I have driven similar terrain in the Middle East, but would only trust a Toyota LandCruiser!
Getting into any river in Australia would be scary for me. I don’t care if they tell me there aren’t any crocs that far down south.
Crocs only live in the tropics which is only top 1/4 of Australia
No Crocs! Bloody sharks probably ate them.
Haha no sharks in the Pilbara either (well not inland!)

what about snakes and spiders? could i do this trip with my wife and 1 year old baby?
I've seen more snakes in my suburb in Brisbane than I ever saw in the outback! And country Victoria. If you pick the right time of year to go it would be a great trip with your wife and baby.
fun fact
the Finke River is the oldest river on Earth
Cheers! I feel like I knew that - thanks for the reminder!
No expectations! 😮rude…….

Thank goodness there were no crocodiles 🐊🐊🐊 and why are they not in those waters? Good thing they’re not…
They don’t come so far south. They are only in the north of the country.
Music to loud…
Today nobodies have ruined interesting places. Drive thousands of miles and meet these RUclips types.
