Katie what a wonderful girl you are my dear.. I am 70 now and I just love it when I see the youngster being way smarter then I am.. especially the girls.. you girls have so much to offer us.. You girls think different then guys do and if ever there was a time for new thinking this is it.. Carry on my dear.. and thanks for the share!
Wonderfully done, defines the problem, specs the solution, solves the problem. More please. Excellent presenter, nails the vibe of "I can do that" into the audience - that's inspiring and you can't beat that. For flats - a LDR to trigger, would show a letterbox opened if you tune it right as a closed letterbox as a norm are light free.
Katie - Months ago, I complained about your "question talking" (rising inflection at the end of a sentence when not actually asking anything). Although it's still a bit of a thing, you've massivly improved your presentation style and video production quality. So now I feel I should say both "good job", and "thank you".
Nice project - I have a workshop at the end of my garden, and I miss the doorbell regularly, as the wireless extension on it isn't that reliable. I will take some of the ideas from this to make my own version, thanks!
Nice project! It is obvious that you're very skilled! If I might offer a bit of constructive feedback. There was quite a lot of whacking stuff and shaking things around when trying to show us things, which doesn't translate well on video. I know it was probably just nervousness. However, it makes it difficult to see what you're doing and stay engaged. Slower, steady shots with closer pictures of what you're talking about, would help a lot. Keep up the great work! I really enjoyed this topic!
Awesome project, although I saw a doorbell the other day which was a traditional ship’s bell just hung on the porch. It made an incredible sound and was beautiful to look at plus didn’t need any power. So many options 👍😀
Wow, your delivery people actually ring the doorbell in the UK? Here in the US they never ring the bell or even knock, they just leave the package on the doorstep and go.

This is great! I'm always worried when we order food that the delivery person is going to leave before we make it to the door.
