Great video! I want to implement this in our own warehouse. Do you have a link for that Items on order/To be ordered signage or was it custom? I can't find anything similar online!
Not sure how their process works, but I would assume you would put the empty bin that had the Kanban card behind the bin in front with the current inventory. When the supplies arrive, restock the empty bin with the new inventory and reattach the Kanban card. This sometimes may require a staff position sometimes called a waterspider in Lean MFG to return or manage the Kanban cards and restocking of inventory, among other tasks.
