[Act 1] Solo Death Knight (pal/wiz) - Kiting Hook Horror - Honour Mode

Hi!
In my preparation for killing the Hag I wanted to create a masterwork weapon (the greatsword) from the sussur bark. This forced me to kill a couple of Hook Horrors. They can really hurt in melee since they have decent hit chance and multi-attack if prone. I used the boots of speed to keep my distance!
Thus begins a new Baldur's Gate 3 Solo Honour Mode journey! What I mean with Death Knight is a multiclass of Oathbreaker and Necromancer. Since animate dead is a Level 5 spell it will take us awhile to get it. Hopefully Oathbreaker with some thematic Necromancy spell will give the character the right feel.

you make me realize im never going to be a good baldurs gate player. Im trying this build in tac and I had to have at least another person, AND im still messing things up. It sucks that I cant have a corpse chest too because im on console. Im doing this build--its fun, but I feel pretty useless.

Mol is mad at me, and I cant get a single lockpick open to grab important items like the luminous armor.

Oh no, I got a lot of practice in games like this. Played through Divinity Sin (their previous games) and the Pathfinder crpgs for example. So don't feel bad about that.
Have you picked up the Guidance Necklace along with the Sleight of Hand gloves? Sorry I dont remember their name now but I believe the gloves come from one of the goblins that attack the druid gate the first time you get there. The necklace is close by where there's also a stone with some small spiders in.
