Geniuses typically aren't easily duped into believing that it's somehow moral or decent to tell a developing young mind that they are born broken and sinful and require salvation from an invisible father figure who refuses to ever demonstrate himself objectively. A genius might care more about what's true than what they were told in some book that brings them personal comfort. A genius might care enough about the MILLIONS of young minds they're impacting to actually put in the time and effort to understand and value a sound epistemologal stance on the world, instead of one that will only lead to future problems when reality doesn't align with the irrational nonsense they've been being fed by their idols. hes mentally fast enough to make the read you should, and still have time to respond to the defense reacting to the initial correct read, and then throw and hit the route which becomes more open as the defense tries to adjust and cut off that tradional "correct" read.

Makes you realize theres such levels to QB play and it all starts to make senses why the Bears offense stalls so often and why things look so hard sometimes. Sure our OC played a part but there are so many times we have open receivers and dude simply doesnt throw it to them. CJ is like a God to me. Wish we had a QB who could throw like this.

If only he cared as much about truth, logic, epistemology, and fallacious reasoning as he does football....then he wouldn't be completely deceived by a toxic, insular religion whose very first concept is that we are all born broken and "sinful". This man has become convinced that faith (the excuse people give when they don't have a good reason to believe something, and something that CANNOT logically get us to truth reliably) is a good thing and wants to continue shackling more young minds to this irrational and demonstrably harmful and logically absurd toxic ideology. Remember that truth is not merely what someone asserts to be true... there are actual ways to understand how truth is derived and what we are rationally justified in accepting as true. Beginning with an assumed conclusion that theres a god and then trying to justify the world around you to fit that god is not only dishonest, but it is also fallacious and ignorant. We need empathetic, critical thinkers who genuinely care about understanding WHY they believe what they believe...and most importantly whether or not it is evidently TRUE.

CJ said at the beginning of the season, he studied their playbook day and night. Slowik said, "He didn't want to go out without command of the offense and w/out knowing all the answers." So much so that coaches had to tell him to schedule downtime too to avoid burnout. Their WR coach Ben McDaniels said coaches were amazed at the amount of info he could absorb.

Am I the only one that thinks it's distopian that this award is the "Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Year"?
If it was the "Rookie of the Year presented by Pepsi," I get it it. gotta monitize.
If it was the "Pepsi Rookie of the year", tacky, but I guess I can tolerate it.
But the "Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Year" has made the award borderline incomprehensible.
