Poor donkey!😕 Yea, the lightning is my bane. Most of my people die of old age (because lots of towers work great, go Patmos!), but the storms seem to be trying to do me in. lols I often lose more than one person per storm.😕 R.I.P.💀
Yeah the storms can really start to take out human life, and animals. But with a bigger population they are more easily replaced. So even though bad for them, it wont hurt production or anything. But its always sad to see a human or animal die from the lighting in the storms!
Yea, I use more than that many towers per wall space (no platforms), too, and it's not a problem even with a much larger settlement. I use rivers as a defensive tactic to slow down the enemies while my towers pelt them with arrows, from there I settle inland more for access to ore (build enough wells). That leaves the other side of the river for hunting (the animals need river access). That helps me with the leather. Although now I have lots of crops & 10 stables for 100 animals and don't need to hunt.
Very true! It can be a problem, if you can't produce the leather, but otherwise towers provide better protection for the people. You do have an interesting and well thought strategy with using the rivers that way. Could be something for me to try out! And in the end, with enough people and farms you can have all the animals you like and produce whatever needed. Well done in your game!
That is a pretty big population! Well done! Sad the game starts to lag then though. That can really take the fun out of a game. We are all good here! How are you doing?
