Why did "pro" colorists grade his footage in Rec709, which is a limited space to work in, rather than using Davinci WG or S log? These options have way more detail to work with. It's fundamentally wrong.
Well, I'm also doing this kind of work, video editing,...the way I see on this competition, both are very smart fellas, depends on how you feel towards the game, and in which area are you good at. Well, when comes to Video Graphics is a big learning platform; eg. There are 52 Adobe software that are present today in the market, they are all different but they are related softwares....i understand the struggle and hardwork to become successful in this field of learning... so just a thumbs up to both of you....!!! Great work! Well done guys!
Hey mridu, which monitor ajanur use for colour grading can you please tell me. Im also get into colour grading but im cofused about which monitor i should buy.
thanks for the efforts though video will be more worthy if it was between two pros and compare the final look.. premier pro is not beginners software only we shouldn't stick premiere pro users with the beginners category .. editing software is for all
I don't none and gonna start editing so which one to prefer😢 I heard that to use adobe we need to grab different software of adobe instead everything can be done in davinchi resolve
in pro look everything was ok but the red and orange are still boosted you can see it on raftaar lips its soo much red like he used lipstick then you can see surrounding its too much orange maybe a little bit of settled orange and red can give it all it want i don't know if i am wrong or not but it was just an opinion 👍
Very informative video❤️🔥 learned many new things. But i recommend you to make the videos a bit more engaging (positive critics)... anyways you're my utmost inspiration 🙌
Davinci crashes while rendering 4k footage and hence sadly I uninstalled the app. I loved the interface loved the UI but my gtx 1650 couldn’t handle DAVINCI hence back to PP 😢 if i find a way to solve the issue i will gladly get back to DAVINCI
hii bro i think you are using external monitor on your laptop what is the setting for external moniter i am being using same way my laptop is hp victus ryzen 5 with 1650 gtx 4gb ram graphics card and with 24 gb ram with 512 ssd help me out bro i am using hdmi cable for external monitor
This video is outdated. Premiere crashes no longer loses imrge project. It gets reopened ar tge new launch. Secondly, you both did a good job on the cooor grades. Ge went for a warm look and you went fie a cool look. You cant ve wrong with color grading when you dont have any references
Why do you compare 2 differents tools from different company? They are same, just different in methods. And, why do you say 'beginnner using premiere pro vs expert using davinci' and what about if your result is better than Davinci? Look like you say beginneer using PP is better than expert that using DR. :) There are just tool, pay it if it works for you.
nice comparison,. just My last question. Do we have to move to davinci, Mridu?.. everybody already go to davinci for editing and color grading nowadays..
There's no loss in moving to Davinci you'll get to learn a new software and you'll not miss out on the amazing features that premiere pro lacks. Besides if premiere pro decides to become better later on then you can switch back and now you know two softwares
That's a bold claim you made on misleading beginners which is not true at all. The aim of the video is to see how big of a difference is there between a pro and a beginner if anything inspire beginners to try out color grading.
Dehancer is an excellent paid plugin, but costs $199 lifetime (2/3 cost of Resolve pro). Your opponent is using the Resolve Color Page straight up. All said and done though, your look was good, too just not as refined because of Resolve's ability to create and track masks to isolate areas of color and it's node-based ability to get very granular with specific aspects of the grade. You had a steak knife and he had a scalpel and some deeper knowledge, buy hey, not bad and an interesting comparison. Well done. 100k subs on the way. 🙂

Would've loved if you guys had the same vision for the end goal, that way we can compare who achieved it better!
Point to be noted for the next video. Thanks!
WOW, the second one just shows what a PRO can do. Loved this video Mridu, will definitely check out Ajanur's work. 😍
Thank you so much. Do checkout Ajanur on Instagram! 🙌
"Pro know exactly what they want, amateur try everything and look for best one"😊
both can pass as very good and final look...it just depends on what the director is looking for imo
totally agree, color grading is subjective and depends on what kind of emotion the story demands
@@MriduNeog I personally liked much more from m rides

Right with you bro, but unfortunately I think that concept would be completely lost on the intended audience.
the pro one was so clean
Totally agree 💯
I am having a keen interest on Da Vinci since a year, really expecting some Da vinci tutorials later on👀

I think both look great, you just went for the whole different direction of the grading (more serious and angry of some sorts :D).

if you have 3 years of experience in PP, you should move to DR. I've switched to DR after using PP for 7 years
Yess, I have used premiere for 6 years now I've already switched
amuture look nails it for me

Hlo brother can we do a collab by any chance
Definitely bro. But for a collab to happen you have to create content on your channel first
Its obvious that the pro look won but mrid you also did a great job
Thank you so much bro! 💯
To be honest both of them looked equally bad
