So what should I have and what are the main Qualifications must I get?
I have been teaching English since 2013.
And I have graduated from Damascus University as a translator.
In addition, I am studying M.E.D at the University of the people this year.
Also, I got TEFL last month.
TESOL (ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY ) in 2020.
CFER (C2) this month.

Hello 👋 I think your qualifications are more than enough to start teaching but, you know, in Turkey only native speakers are eligible for getting a teaching job at a university, no matter what qualifications they have. Maybe you can try private teaching centers but I am not sure they provide visa support.
