I am not a developer but I want to become and game artist, still I like watching those day in life videos + I am a little interested in programming, I also wanna make games, best video as usual man! 🙂🙂🙂
I'm studying and working each day to become a software engineer and videos like this help me keep pushing 😂😂 there's a scone at the end of this tunnel. 😂
Hey Jacob! I'm starting college for Software Engeneering next month, your videos are my biggest motivation to keep chasing a Software based career! Thanks for the awesome videos and greetings from Brazil!
Hey Jacob, been watching your videos for some time. I'm a CS student from Bangladesh. Watching your videos is very fun for me! Gives me a good outlook to the "dev~life" haha. And helps me stay motivated for my own personal projects too since I'm not yet doing professional work. Hopefully one day! Hopefully in a cool office like yours 😆
Thursdays are my "Coffee shop workday" too, for about 3 years now with this practice :p Sadly in my city we only have a "Cafe Martinez"... not even a Starbucks, but it is Ok, very nice place (expensive too) and connection its just Ok to work even when it is crowded. Im an Android developer, almost 4 years of exp and right now, looking for a remote from anywhere job with US dollars (or Euros) payments, as a contractor to begin my dream of become a Digital Nomad, i want to live and work from different places such as Pipa (Brasil), Playa del Carmen (Mexico), Madeira island (Portugal), St Marteen, Bali, Thailand.... Right now im also starting to learn for Backend, with Node (nest in fact) to be a more complete developer and have some past experience in React / React Native so i hope soon to be capable of work in every stack and with that increase my chances to get that kind of fully remote works
Still special as always, long time ago i said that i lack enthusiasm for my current job, so i quit my job at my current company and left at the end of February. Fortunately, i 've just resigned and have been applied to a new company with a more dynamic environment and higher compensationIt, will start at the beginning of March. 😁😁
How’s the job markets in Auckland rn? I never thought i wanna go back to live in Auckland and now i miss Auckland so much! Didn’t know that it was so good place to live before i came to Toronto lol
So, you get up, you go to your office, you work, you go back home. And you have a couple of meals during the day. I'm flabbergasted. I had no idea that the typical of a software engineer was like that. I learned so much with this video.

@@JacobSucksAtCode hey is it worth it to become a software engineer?? It just looks a bit lonely
I been to a lot of dev offices in Ponsonby, Parnell, CBD. Yours have decent lighting. Good thing your office didn't get flooded badly.
True!
Back at it again, king!
Thanks sir! 🔥
I’m thinking of going to college for a coding job and then playing hack the box in my free time
Great content, Jacob! Thanks!

Do you guys build everything web wrap via React or do you do native, too? Have you every used tools such as Shuffle Dev?
We do some native. Mainly next.js / typescript repositories and building for web
really curious are you using gopro? if yes which one and how are you able to stick it to the chest without any strap ? Loved the video ! Thanks
I’m using a DJI action 2 with a magnetic mount 😁
5 minutes?? We need more.
😏
Cool video Bro
banana review was a winner
🍌
I love the video. It's very inspirational. Sir, what kind of technologies and programming languages you use in your works ?
Lots of JavaScript / typescript!
Hey Jacob, nice video! I'm wondering if you could share more which company you work for? I'm also really into web3 and would love to connect!
Reely cool videos ..
Serious question, why you use light theme on iphone and dark theme on Macbook ?
I change all the time
love the atmosphere in the vid. I’m a 1st year uni student. How long did it take til you felt comfortable/established with coding?
A few months 😅 You just have to push yourself and start coding in a team environment asap. That’s the fastest way to learn exponentially!
Great content, keep inspiring software engineers.
PS: how many mugs of coffee you drink a day? 😂
Hahahaha…… 😏
nice
