YES sorry, my doctor told me that i was underweight being 115 pounds at 5'3. She said healthy weight would be 120 to 135 for my body type, and it took a lot to gain the extra 5 pounds and keep it. That poor woman went through so much and finally has confidence. Those friends need a dose of reality

Now I’m back up to 140-150 and it’s the healthiest I’ve been in 4 years. Drop those friends. When I was in college and said I weighed 170 friends always said they wouldn't have guessed that. I'm really surprised I haven't ended up with an eating disorder 🙄 I'm taller than a lot of women and I need to weigh more because of that. I also have a chronic illness which has made me take a hard look at my self image.
