- Reaction to Vox Machina Ep 4 this episode was really good. The skeleton monsters were creepy and their powers are strong.
P.S. : Still kinda drunk 😂
I love Percy curb stomping the wraith
Grog and Pike's relationship is so sweet, it gets everyone, they're just so pure. Grog is simple, he doesn't put up a face or lie, he's straightforward when he says he needs her and that's what gets me.
You got it pretty much spot-on, those creatures are wraiths. Pretty close to the wraith statblock from DnD too. Move through walls, their attacks reduce your max HP, resistant to non-magical weapon attacks (except here they seem completely immune to them), and the light makes them significantly weaker.
In the campaign they fought a completely different creature, an Invisible Stalker, but I guess an invisible creature wouldn't be so fun in a visual medium of animation (would save them some budget, though).
Oh that's good I was just going off my knowledge from different shows or games so I'm glad I was right. A Invisible Stalker does sound interesting tho 🤔
Loving the reactions! Also I just love from everybody's reaction videos that if Pike is hurt or sad pretty much everyone can agree its just top priority
Whenever pike gets hurt I go from mild concern to extreme concern so fast 😂😂
Percy's hair turning white is due to something called "canities subita", or Marie Antoinette syndrome, where hair turns white overnight due to stress. He does point out that he and Cass endured weeks of torture. (Of course, Pike's hair is white too... I wonder if they'll address that)
This end of the episode dramatizes when Ashley took time off the campaign to join the NBC primetime show Blindspot (also starring Jamie Alexander from Thor). It was very sad then, but it breaks your heart even more here.
Alas, while Trinket was there in the campaign, he was very hard to animate and never did a lot because Laura (Vex) didn't want him to get hurt.
26:35 - Oooh Owl House is awesome. First season is a bit mixed, there's really great episodes and some kinda alright not too special ones, but once you get towards the end of season 1, it goes into a rhythm with bangers after bangers and then season 2 and 3 are just all amazing, no filler, no bad episodes, just great after great.
That’s great I’ve heard good things about it so I really wanna watch it.
@@AstroReacts1Season 2 is a complete masterpiece. It's not easy to have a 21 episode season and have no bad episodes, heck not even episodes that are just okay or fine, every single episode is great.
It was the target of an unfortunate cancellation by Disney, even though the show did well and even broke records towards the end, but at that point it was too late.
Still, the creator managed to stick the landing and give a proper end and send-off to the show, which is honestly pretty rare, not a lot of shows I've seen end in a satisfying way, especially shows that get cancelled or shortened like the Owl House was.
Excited to follow the rest of your journey 😊 you're doing good ❤
Thank you!! 😊
Wondering if you've seen Arcane? Really enjoyed that, and hoping we get a Season 2, not sure why it's been so long!
Oh I love Arcane it’s amazing 😁😫. I know there’ll be a season two but so far they’ve only dropped the teaser trailer
