I'm so confused by this message. Are they saying they belive that other religions that worship other gods have merit? "When religions are given the freedom to flourish believers everywhere..." Are they saying there is more than one God? And if so are they saying these gods are on par with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? Maybe I'm misunderstanding. I do believe that people have the right to worship based on the dictates of their conscience as every man has free will but this message seems like the Church is acknowledging or giving validity to other gods which seems like idolatry. Is the church a peculiar people set apart for God or are they part of a collective that believes that all worship of any god is right and just?
