As an argentinean, all the food looked great but that "shepherd's pie with corn" (pastel de papa con choclo) looked particularly amazing. Glad you had a good time, I am planning a trip there for the near future.
It's one of my favourite dishes! I first tried it in Peru and then Chile - I was very happy to see that they also make it in Argentina. 😋

Lindo video como siempre muchachos, un placer verlos disfrutar sus aventuras. Estuve buscando en sus videos más antiguos a ver si encontraba algo donde ustedes hablaran de como se conocieron, qué hacían antes de estar en Argentina y viajar, y como Audrey habla tan bien español* y no encontré nada.
*Aunque obvio he visto varios videos con el capo de tu viejo (que es un personaje total) y sabemos que es argentino 🇦🇷. Pero hace poquito muy poquito me enteré que tu mamá es peruana 🇵🇪, eso si no sabía nada 😱 (sos la canadiense 🇨🇦 más latina de todo Alberta jaja).
Ahhh, creo que nunca hemos filmado un video al respecto! Pero la versión corta es que nos conocimos en Corea del Sur - los dos estábamos enseñando Inglés en la misma provincia. Eso fue hace más de una década! Cuando terminamos nuestros contratos de trabajo nos fuimos a viajar por el Sudeste Asiático y empezamos a filmar videos.
