    Shaheeda ji humari Umar 67 years hai hum ukdu bethne ke baad khade hotey hain to chakkar ata hai breathing fast karne pur sahi ho jata hai aisa kyu hota hai .hum kyakarna chahiye or kya nahi matlab kis yoga exercise ko nahi karna chahiye or kon si exercise se labh hoga

      भाई साहब इंग्लिश नही अंग्रेजी या इंगला होता है। भाषा माध्यम है। इसी जिद्द की सिर्फ संस्कृत में बताएंगे के कारण बहुत सारा प्राचीन ज्ञान खो गया है। भाषा से ज्यादा भाष्य पर ध्यान दें
