LOVE❣️ how wonderful that would be for traveling as well!! Thanks again for another AWESOME recipe! I’m always afraid to try fragrances like that and I don’t know why? But I do love Bramble Berry, my first fragrance was their Sweet Pea and I love it so so much and I’ve liked all the fragrances from them ☮️💟
Thank you for this beautiful formula.. I was wondering, can I add a little oil (about 10%, including essential oils), and do I need Polysorbate 80 to dilute the oil?
This consistency reminds me of almost the dove vanilla shea body wash I requested years ago. It maybe time to consider a bee better of that one based on this as the starting point.
❤️Good idea! I actually spent a bunch of time on one last year using Glyceryl Stearate (and) PEG-100 Stearate and the dang thing just was not stable enough to share.
Could you use just cocamidopropyl betaine by itself? I wanted to know that? I’ve used coco Glucoside and sodium cocoyl isethionate. I just wondered if cocamidopropyl betaine is good by itself :)
This looks exquisite! I've been looking up and down for a good creamy wash and this might be it. I have a question for you Marie, does PEG-150 DIESTERATE sound like a good substitute for Glycol distearate? They seem to perform a similar function and also comes in flakes. My other alternative is EUPERLAN PK 771 (SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (AND) GLYCOL DISTEARATE (AND) COCAMIDE MEA (AND) LAURETH-10) but has a bunch of other ingredients that could affect the formulation. Thanks so much!
I hope you like it! I think either *could* work, but EUPERLAN PK 771 is probably the more suitable alternative, though you will likely have to do some re-development work either way. It looks like it could potentially stand in for the Lamesoft PO 65 as well :) Happy making!
@@HumblebeeAndMe You are so kind! Thanks for responding so quicky. I managed to find the Glycol Distereate with the commercial name CUTINA AGS by BASF! I already had Lamesoft PO 65, so I wouldn't want to buy something redundant. However I was interested in the thickening properties of the PEG-150 Distereate as I don't have Crothix available (too expensive!)
This is pretty close to natural already-if you make the glycol distearate swap w/ glyceryl stearate SE that might do away w/ the need to thicken with Crothix + drop the fragrance oil + use a natural preservative (keeping in mind the pH requirements of the Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate). Happy making!
Lovely! It’s beautiful. I’ve been working with glycol distearate in shampoos lately. I love the aesthetic it gives. 💜✨
Me too! Instant creamy, glossy goodness 😍SWOON!
Thanks for watching! ❤️
Always love Marie’s creations and love yours too, Yaya! Two very talented formulators & teachers right here ⭐️ 🌟

Thank you!!
How was it when you use it as a shampoo?

Hi can I use sodium chloride instead of crothix coz expensive???
Could you make a video on how to formulate a shave butter? Oils tend to cling to my tub and make it slippery and gross
I'll keep it in mind-thanks for the suggestion!
Hi great product.... please tell can we use xantham gum instead of crothix
I don't recommend it unless you are ok with a very "snotty" end product.

This looks really nice, is there any chance of an all natural version, love from Winnipeg❤

This looks lovely. Sadly, I have just about none of the ingredients :( A project for the future then :)
Thanks for sharing anyways 😊
