I was just watching Kimmy from She’s In Her Apron making her freezer meals. I was telling her how much I love the idea of these. I have many health issues and sometimes I can hardly get out of bed to make dinner. My husband and son (27) are more than capable of making dinner for themselves, but the nurturer in me hates that idea. Freezer meals make perfect sense to me because I will feel better on my bad days knowing that they’re eating well. I’m also going to make double on my meals for my mom. My family is larger but they are definitely all picky eaters & I think every one of them will like these meals since they're so different from all the other ones I've been trying. Nice presentation too. I appreciate seeing exactly how it goes together as well as the crucial step of how to prepare them afterward & how they'll look.

I have a market which is literally a ten minute walk (I went there today), and they sell really good rotisserie chicken. I'm making twice baked potatoes tonight. I haven't had these in awhile.
You always have the best meal ideas! It is supposed to be in the 80's today in NC and I plan to pack a lunch and take my kiddos to the park. Totally going to try out a version of your chicken salad since I just so happen to have a costco chicken leftover in the fridge. Thanks for sharing!

Looks like dollar tree just got in planning sticker sets as part of their spring line!! I could only find one design at mine, but saw that someone else found 4 different designs at theirs.
With the tator tot casserole, do you keep it covered while baking? I’m so excited to make these! Especially the subs and taqutos...they will be perfect for lunches once school is out!

For example, I'm thinking of adding some veggies (not a ton) to the cheesy buffalo chicken tater tot casserole. Would you mix it in with the soup mixture or sprinkle it on one of the layer?

I use to love ranch chicken bacon sandwiches/subs. Anothe tho g i use to love was chicken stuffed w/ cream cheeses pep cheese and green onions then wrapped in bacon. However i no longer eat meat anymore
I will most definitely be making all of these! I'm not sure if my kid will eat any of it, she's so insanely picky she'll start crying if she thinks she won't like it. I think she will like the sandwich though, I'll bribe her with extra bacon 😂

I find the cream of celery soup mat the cream of chicken soup. That's what she suggest you use as a substitute.

Shred up some potatoes and pan fry them up. Tater tots are basically round hash browns.
If you’ve got an Iceland or Lidl’s in Ireland it’s in there for about 99p called potato croquet 🙂

When you put the Tater Tot Casserole in the oven, what temperature do you put it at?
350 for 30 to 45 minutes
