■ Pork Neck Steak Rice Recipe
◻ Ingredients
- 200g pork neck
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion
- 1 serving of rice
- fried garlic
- Parsley
- Paprika Powder
◻ Ingredients for Meat Sauce
- 2 spoons of soy sauce
- 1 spoonful of mirin
- 1 spoon of oligosaccharide
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- some pepper
- 2 pepperoncino
- 1 spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 spoon of minced garlic
◻ Pickled Onion Sauce Ingredients
- 1 spoon of vinegar
- 1/4 spoon of salt
- 1/2 spoon of oligosaccharide
◻ How to make
① Add all meat sauce ingredients and mix well.
* Add the liquid and sugar first so that the sugar dissolves well, then mix the rest of the ingredients
② Shred 1/2 onion
* Chop as thinly as possible
** Put in cold water to get rid of the spicy taste
③ Take out half of the shredded onion and mix it with the pickling sauce.
* Do not wring out the water and add it. (so that it mixes well)
④ Grease a pan with oil and fry an egg.
* Cook only one side to make it half-cooked.
⑤ Grill the neck without wiping the oil.
⑥ Cook both sides well and add the meat sauce.
* Add the sauce and reduce to low heat.
⑦ Add 1/4 onion and cook together.
⑧ Cook until the sauce thickens.
⑨ Place the sliced meat on top of the rice.
⑩ Add eggs, fried garlic, and pickled onions.
⑪ Sprinkle parsley and paprika powder according to your taste.
⑫ Mix well and enjoy.
* If you dip the meat in the yolk, it's heaven.
