Love it! Make sure you switch your mic to Mono and not stereo to avoid that left side problem!

Desk goals! I have the grovemade desk shelf which u can see in my vids but finding a wood desk table top is so hard these days! I’m also a huge fan of Nike and I have the logo on my desk too. Great video…def digging the vibe! Subbed! Nike ftw

@@LloydCarig if you're on Premiere Pro, right-click your audio tracks and then go to Audio Channels, you can fiddle stereo and mono channels there. Cheers!
Thanks! I use davinci resolve for now cause its free. Didnt want to shell out money for premiere pro or final cut since im just starting and not sure whether i will continue or not but ya, i googled it and you’re correct, it was the mono thing. Shoulve been on stereo. Thanks 🙏🏽

Nice setup! My 2 cents - get another Homepod mini to run them in stereo mode. The feature is still in Big Sur 11.3 beta but will come out eventually.
Will probably look into that, the stereo mode only works on native apple apps right? Like let’s say im watching youtube on a browser and then do airplay, will it play on stereo mode if i have to homepods?
@@LloydCarig Yes, it will work with youtube running on the browser, and not just the native apps. I have it running on my machine, so I can confirm. You can also verify that using ruclips.net/video/6TWJaFD6R2s/видео.html once the newer version of Big Sur is out, or if you choose to install the latest Beta before that.

Great video Lloyd, especially for your first upload! I love the overhead rig, that is so convenient and I didn’t even know you had a second setup in your office. One thing I did want to mention is that I’m only hearing the voice over on the left channel?

Looks great for a first video honestly! Iʻm no professional but I think your voice in the audio was panned to the left cause I only heard it out of my left headphone... it would be cool to hear your voice through both L and R
You’re right about the audio stuff, this was one of those rookie mistakes lol. I had the audio on mono instead of stereo thats why it was only playing on the left ear.

How does your Autonomous chair compare to the Herman Miller one it replaced? I’m looking for a new chair and not sure what to go for. Thanks for the video btw
Its pretty decent and the main reason i got the autonomous one was for the headrest so that is a plus for me. Comfort wise, i find the herman miller mirra more comfortable and breathable in a way but for the price point, i got no complaints on the autonomous. Thanks for taking the time to watch!
Thanks. I'm tempted to spend the money and go for a Herman Miller. I have an Orange Box chair with a headrest but don't really need one, so wouldn't be a problem for me.
what computer are the 9 to 5 monitors connected to?
A small computer provided by work. Hard to explain what it is but it only runs work related stuff.

Its the idasen desk 61x35 inches. I think it comes in different size options

@@LloydCarig I was actually just referring to the balance of your voice to the music. Volume wise it needed to be brought up. Tone will come with experience.
