Developers repurposed the building into a 550,000 square foot retail mall, food court, and sustainable rooftop park and garden space. The plan involves using the space for community entertainment and eclectic dining.

Hadn't heard about this. I don't live there but try to keep up with new developments in Houston, since they tend to be so interesting. This looks like a place I'll want to visit some day.

This is the old downtown post office - repurposed. A cool place with many many food options .
