I miss the days when we just sang the old hymns out of the hymnal and I could actually hear *all* SATB parts throughout the whole entire congregation. Some of the newer praise songs are great, but I never want these old gems to die. We must not let them!
I come from a very different denomination, as if that matters. It's just that I didn't grow up with this type of music. In my 60s, I have discovered it and cannot stop listening, praying, and moving to these great songs. Spiritflows is great!!!

My Grandpa loved this song it was his favorite. He died a year ago and this was played at his funeral now when my Church sings it I feel like he is there with me.
He never said this to me, but this was my fathers favourite hymn. He led it often whilst leading songs from the front. It still tugs hard at my heart strings when I heart it.
“Visions of rapture now burst on my Sight”- such beautiful words written by a lady who could not see -Ms. Fanny Crosby. Just to think the first person she saw when she was called home to glory- her Precious Savior.
It's so great to hear these old hymns. I grew up in the church. My dad was a pastor. I hear they don't have the annual camp meeting like they used to. Scott Alford
It's not too hard to imagine the Creator tapping His toe along with this rendition, and feeling that maybe his creatures aren't such a no-return investment after all.
They are singing a good song. Good message. But sadly this Church is clearly a cult. They are very radical and they do not follow the scripture. They teach their members to pray in the name of Ray Tinsman, one of their leaders, instead of in Jesus name. That is only one of the many things that are not scriptural.
@@sinnersaved1033 they had a message online that was very clear on that, which they removed later. One of my friends has a copy of that message. I don't how to share it with you through here but we could get it to you through Facebook
Aunt Edna (Matta) Bresko This hymn was your favorite inspiration that kept you going through all those trying years at Fort Lee. I know you're at our Savior's feet praising and serving Him as I will one day! Praise God for His perfect plan! Thank you Father for Your undeserving mercy You so unselfishly provided with Your Son's BLOOD. We are forever eternally grateful. Without the BLOOD there would be no "Story"! And Many Thanks to "Spiritflows" Wonderful Inspiring Hymns!
Oh! I miss the old hymns. Thank you for postings of these songs.. Worship songs! I can Worship too! Rapture is nearer than when I first started.. Amen!
Oh what a song i was very young when singing to this song at church hearing it all the time it jus gets better and better and powerfull it is to have God 's blessings.🤗✌
First time hearing this choir and they sound so awesome ,just awesome!! I prayed to this song playing and I just cried the sound is so heavenly you can feel it ! The PRESENCE OF THE LORD IS HERE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS CHOIR!!!!
this is not a chior, this is the entire church singing, I used to sometimes worship with them when they were in our community, when I was visiting with their congragation, they sang like this, the whole church, even the children and youth, That said they have had a history of being divisive and are far from ideal as a regular church, to fellowship in, they are very legalistic and have a dress code, that is not nessesary for us to adhere to. they call themselves The Saints, They have done some things wrong, in that they have their own version of the Bible in wich they have added to the word wich is forbidden in Scriptures, they have added to the scriptures that tell us we have to turn from our sins, they have added that we have to also change our cloths, wich is not what Jesus taught, Jesus merely said we are to dress modestly, they take that so far that they dress like people did in the 1800s, and even more sever then many of those people, they believe they can live above sin, wich is wrong, the Bible says we are set free from sin, by faith in Jesus, but we are not above it, we can still sin, if we are not careful. they critisize other christian, born again, churches, to the point that they leave me with the impression, that they dont think anyone can be saved in any other. church but theirs, granted, their are churches, so called, that are far from the holyness churches, that they should be but, still their are true believers within those places since I stopped fellowshipping with them, many others who I knew, left their church, as they realized it was becoming too authoritarian, and cult like. and far from the church of God, that they thought it was, still their are good christians within their fellowship, as in other church fellowships. That said, their music is good and a blessing to listen to, but I wouldnt recomend them as a church fellowship, they have caused alot of hurt in the lives of christians I know, their seems to be a spirit of critisism, amongst them, though not all are this way. We are non of us perfect, and we are on this journey as a church and we need to pray that they will see that they need to return to the simple gospel, and dump the add ons they have made, they have unknowingly returned to law, and layed aside grace, and the sufficiency of it. to a great extent, Gods grace is sufficent for us, pray for these lovely people, they have still somewhat to recomend them. but, they need to return to their first love.
All the Day long . The time is at hand . I come here to this version over the past few years . Spirit filled ...I hope the people singing have a clue as to the blessings they brought down this day.
Rebecca RP Webb here again , I don't always leave a comment but when I need to feel the love grace and spirit uplifted I come here . Not perfect people enjoying God's love. Trying and failing themselves giving into God to fix it and acceptance of mercy is in this song, there's redemption and freedom! I so love this version, should be on the top ten charts u can't recreate this
OH sweet Jesus my Dear Father God LOVE you Lord Blessed Assurance Jesus IS mine from eternity to eternity. THANK-YOU so much my brothers and sister in Christ God Bless you all. This takes me right back to when i was a child and God come to me in a little tiny church (on the out side) but when you came in, it was huge!!
Yes, this singing is from year's ago! and I just LOVE IT! See how the man starts off singing and the others join in? This is what we used to do when we didn't have a piano player. It's also the way it was done at campmeetings years ago. And the excitement of people when they rejoice over the words! It is from the heart. I miss this type of singing, even though I enjoy the contemporary songs as well. This just reminds me of 'old time' and I declare I can hear our pastor's voice in this one!
Praise the Lord, if some believers in Christian could pray that he help me know him better and know more of blessed assurance I would greatly appreciate it. I feel like I have drifted away from him, and have been so confused lately about the right way to follow Jesus. I would really appreciate any prayers. God Bless!
Don't be so hard on yourself. Whatever you're going through, it may SUCK right now......but, you are not alone. We've all got a friend in Jesus....and, at some point...we all loose sight of him. He's there....listen. Just listen. You'll hear him.
Brian Kiernan Smith I very much agree with you about how hymns should be sung and especially love the old classics. Regarding the word "blest" - It is actually a very proper Queen's English word and even in English dictionaries. You probably know the hymn "Blest Be the Tie That Binds." Its words were written by John Fawcett from Yorkshire, England, who lived from 1740 to 1817. The hymn was included in hymnals beginning in the late 1700's. He lived during the reigns of King George II and King George III. So I suppose one could say John Fawcett's "blest" was the King's English. "Blest Assurance" would never do. That one must be "bless-ed!" At least hymn lyricists had some choices with that word. As needed, it could be one or two syllables and very proper English English at that. Sometimes blessed is still pronounced as a two syllable word as part of normal speech. I think I've only ever used "blest" while singing it as a word in a hymn. May you be blessed! =)

dont worry they wont, they are too full of testimony and power and praise
A-men! I would like to know you to,
Our old hymnals are falling apart and we will never change them :)
I totally agree with you. We musn't let them be obscured by new fangled, rock like hymns, just for the sake of the younger generation.
listen to bbn radio bible broadcasting network old timey!!
There is soooo much spirit in this song this one ... I come to it often .
I hope these people realize what a spirit filled song they created !🙏
I come from a very different denomination, as if that matters. It's just that I didn't grow up with this type of music. In my 60s, I have discovered it and cannot stop listening, praying, and moving to these great songs. Spiritflows is great!!!
I claim to be a Baptist Christian and these are the songs we sing to praise God. Love it :)
Laura Hoffman I’m Episcopalian and I listen to this every day. Their “Victory in Jesus” is my favorite.
May the Holy Spirit pour down on those who listen to this and open their hearts to the Lord. C x

Hallelujah My holy Jesus Christ, I appreciate that your holy spirit is always within me.
He never said this to me, but this was my fathers favourite hymn. He led it often whilst leading songs from the front. It still tugs hard at my heart strings when I heart it.
