After 10th grade I bought a book called 'Thomas Calculus' and spent 2 months studying that book all day to night. It was one of the best studying experience🥴
I note that this book is written by a woman....reminded me that one of my favorite books on mathematics that I got as a teenager was 'Mathematical Methods in the Physical Sciences' by Mary L Boas....she explained mathematics so well that it introduced me to areas of mathematics I had never seen before painlessly....I wonder if you have come across it?

Thank you Math Sorcerer, I was able to buy a used third edition copy for $10 from Amazon. I studied Calculus 1, 2, and 3 in college 30 plus years ago when I was studying engineering, this is a great refresher book that complements other calculus textbooks.

Business calculus is my favorite too! That and stats.
Calculus is the MOST important course in whole of mathematics. I use the well-known book of James stewart for it. I did also buy the books of McMullen.

Unfortunately I don't believe learning math fast is a thing I can do... I have been learning linear algebra for about a year to do my 3d stuff, 3d rotations, ray/line intersection with triangles. Must say it has been a struggle every step of the way... I haven't been born with the math gene. lol
LINEAR algebra is hard for me too. I understand calucus better....

Learning fast doesn't mean you should rush. Did you have learned the Peano Axioms in Elementary School? Probably not! You have learned very simple arihmetic. It's better to have real world applications than to do the math rigorously.
There is no math gene. You simlpy have to use math. Use math in the same way you use English.
