I felt I had to do some sort of tribute to the hilarious shitstorm that the original Sonic movie design caused before the updated film gets released this week and he is further forgotten. Seeing as how virtually all the songs from all the games have already been covered (and more importantly, I couldn't think of anything else for a Monday upload), I instead took this premise and ran with it in an attempt to try being comically original, but I am now beginning to realize this is probably even dumber than I originally thought it would be. Still, it's almost 3am, I've got nothing else prepared, and the Monday night uploads must go on. Also, the lyrical content of this song practically describes the situation to a t. It's why I decided to pick it. Other ones I almost selected were "Why Can't We Be Friends?" and "Behind Blue Eyes". Maybe I'll do those some other day.
Happy Monday/Tuesday/Whenever you're watching this, everybody. I don't care if the world cast you out, original Sonic movie design. We can still be friends.

Very random question....I was wondering what the type of Taylor guitar you were using in all your previous videos before it broke?
My old Taylor is a 114ce, It was definitely a lot of fun to play while it lasted and as far as Taylor's go, it was pretty affordable. I think almost 10 years ago, when I first got it, it was a grand. Now you can get one for 900 at most places (according to google). It's definitely an investment. If you're thinking of getting one, I might recommend trying to find somewhere where you can play one to see if you feel it's right for your needs
Do you prefer your nylon to the steel string? I know I do because of the warmer sounds, plus that extra bridge space is nice for fingerpicking tough songs.
Overall, I think I do, but I prefer to have both. Though I've been recording almost exclusively with the nylon lately, for the exact reasons you listed: Tone and playability. Really glad I decided to take the plunge and get one!!

Do you use your guitar plugged in or with a mic? Why the preference? Sincere question, I want to record myself someday and I always see guitar youtubers using a lot of microfones and other gears.
I've always used it plugged in for about 99% of the videos on the channel, I prefer it because the mic I use doesn't get as clear a sound

I haven't played Silent Hill 2 in ages, but good recommendation. Also the dog theme is classic
