Stable and sustainable growth is much better growth than growth of developed nations. Who developed in infrastructure, high in per capita income for high living standard in expenses of having high debt. They creating very high budget deficit, high bubbles, in most of debt is taken from outside. Surely one day it going to created lot of problems to the world, including the other nations to because most of the nation depends on developed nation for exports, as they more consumption nations.
