      Hi thanks for this tutorial. I wonder if you can repeat the changes on copied components. For example if I rotate the original component around its own pivot point, how to have the copies rotated around theirs ?

    Thank you this put together a lot of unanswered questions and subtle concepts that you have to play over and over to see one thing you mention to fill in gaps in my understanding....like clicking axis to get a direction for the pattern.... treasure hunt. Thanks

    I noticed near the end where you used the rectangular pattern tool to cut several slots in a body, those slots did not propagate to the other copies of that body. Is there a way to keep all the body copies "associated" so that modifications (like the slots) to any one body gets propagated to all the other copies?

    I placed a lot of board with the RP tool and when i go to do a extrude cut to the corner board, it cuts ALL the boards.... What do I do?

      I realize this is a 2 year question old but perhaps other's had the same question like I did. It turns out that when he created the copies, he created more bodies and not components. You can individually edit bodies but components will all share geometry.
