Then, I would like to see each bedroom wth at least 10X10ft in order ro accommodate 5X6 queensize beds. Baths with at least 7.5X5 ft. Drawing/dining/kitchen spaces are ok in your presentation. Last but not the least, would like to see kitchen on either S/E or N/E corner. Keeping the master bedroom on the S/W corner. All baths "tucked in" (not the corners) Hope the overall usable plinth does not exceed a rounded off 1K sft? Thanks a ton in advvance, my friend who will be ain influecing factor in the design/SE ecosphere in our country of people with tight budgets!!!
