Completely agree about not being able to do a complete loop, pain in the you know what literally turning round on the grass over the tram tracks.

The tracks weren't easy to cross either. Such a shame.

    Hi Dan,
I completely agree. Myself and Rob went off the back of your 2023 video. The loop was disappointing to be honest. The turn around area at the far end was a struggle.
On the plus side, a great turnout of lovely engines.
Thank you for a great video.
    Mark

Glad you didn’t call them Cornish pasties Dan, you can only get them down hear🙂
    They did look good though😋
Agree with you on your comment, static rally is not much fun, what called” boiling water beside your peg”
Great turn out of engine there though lovely to watch!👍

Oh no, had Stafold on my must do list, but not if we can no longer do the loop, as you say its not much fun sitting in a carpark for a couple of days and for me that would be nearly 4hrs and would do nearly a tank of diesel, wonder why they changed it ? . Try jacket spuds, we've been doing spuds with a filling of your choice (after they have cooked) for years now, its a staple lunch time fodder. They take about 2 - 2.5hrs depending on what you're doing and you'll need 3 to 4 layers of foil on them and avoid hills, if you start getting showered in silver foil you know you;ve given it to much on the reg 🤣 been there done that. Add a windmere kettle for making a brew and washing up and the engine supplies everything for the weekend almost 😎

Yeah, we've done spuds as well, just pasties this time 👍

Agree about the loop. Also the expensive prices for really crappy food. Also cant believe the bar closed at ten Really disappointing!!
