Sit in interview room and request for lawyer. Remain silent. Always worked for me.
Yep. The look on their face when you do that is almost priceless. Like they were just kicked in nuts. Lol
Fortunately most criminals aren’t that smart.
Police interrogations are a poker game where the police are ALWAYS trying to bluff and the accused holds the royal flush of "I will not answer any questions unless and until my attorney is present."
Exactly!!
I just beat a case where my ex planted a stolen gun in my house then called the cops. When I seen it I immediately called a friend to come get it because I knew the cops were on the way and no way would they ever believe me she planted it. My ex videoed my friend leaving with the gun but I'm not in the video. I refused to answer any questions or admit there was a gun or that anyone came to the house. Even with them saying look dumbass we have video and no way out of it so I might as well cooperate so it looks better to the judge. They said more stuff but I kept telling them I don't answer questions until they placed me under arrest and read me my rights. When they asked if I understood my rights I said yes and I'm exercising my right to remain silent and they still continued to fire off questions and throw insults at me even said I was a POS and just got my friend a felony because I wouldn't give them a name. That got under my skin and responded by telling him he ain't gonna do shit and I'm gonna make him look stupid as hell in court and I'm gonna beat any charge they put on me. He laughed and asked me how, like I don't know that trick and I just said you'll see with a grin on my face. I not only beat every charge I had i was exonerated and Feds couldn't pick up the gun charge. That officer was in court and was made to look stupid because he was to focused on me instead of doing a proper investigation and never questioned my ex or ask to see any other evidence like texts to back up her story. I provided texts which exonerated me that were also on her phone she videoed me with and several were the last texts between us. A quick look thru her phone would have got her arrested and me left to be and if she refused he would have had reasonable suspicion she's lying and to either make her leave and leave me alone or arrest both of us. When I was told all charges dismissed and I'm free to go I looked at that cop and mouthed I told you so with the same grin I had the night he arrested me and I told him you'll see. If I had tried to explain and prove what had happened that night I never would have won and my phone would probably have disappeared or left at my house for her to get rid of so there wasn't any evidence for me to defend myself. I wasn't guilty at all but would be in prison right now if I had talked to them with no doubt in my mind.
Me in interrogation: Sit in one position.. Never move, even when they leave room..give no body language and leave no DNA. 1st question : I am envoking my right to a lawyer and he will answer all you questions:... Then a staring contests as they keep asking you non related questions.. Do not keep repeating you envoked your 5th.. already recorded.. Sit silent.. Period.. You can never help yourself and neither can police. Only lawyer can... So tell him in private.. He will answer the questions without making you guilty ! JUST SHUT UP !! THATS ALL.. clean, simple.. and never sign squat !
Yup. Watch how fast they get angry. They absolutely HATE when you won’t talk to them. They are NEVER on your side, they wanna close their case and anyone will do, innocent or guilty doesn’t matter to them.
@@marquisdelafayette1929 The key word in your response IS 'innocent', as the badge wearing clowns WILL choose a person at random, coerce (including torturing them) into admitting guilt, all so the ignorant/incompetent fks can, and will, say that they have 'solved the crime', leaving that person to spend his time and money to prove his innocence.
Repeated the 5th amendment is better for some people. It's really hard to not say anything, so saying the exact same thing on repetition is a valid way to go about it also.
It's all about building a "wall" between you and answering any questions.
Invoking your right to an attorney is under the 6th, not 5th Amendment....that said, say you want to contact your attorney and then ALL questioning must STOP. Do NOT speak, since invoking right to Counsel halts all LEGAL questioning....so then STFU !
@@ITILII The Fifth Amendment right to counsel applies only during a custodial interrogation. The Sixth Amendment right is far broader and exists in the following situations: Custodial interrogations and all post-indictment interrogations.
Every single time I have been interrogated by the police those past 10 years, I have asked for a lawyer and used my right to remain silent.
wow, what have you been doing, man? 😎
I always used an arrest as an opportunity to catch up on some sleep 😴
If the police beat a confession out of an innocent person, it means the guilty have gotten clean away. They can go back to crime without any fear. Even if you don't care about the innocent, that alone should give one pause.
that's very true!
If you get convinced and you were innocent, make sure you actually do the crime. Even if you have to take out some guards to get out, finish the job, turn yourself back in and say... "now I'm guilty."
The cops don't care if you're guilty or innocent, they just want a conviction.
The cops want a suspect. It is the prosecutor who wants a conviction.
Police do not judge guilt or innocence. They turn over the evidence and the prosecution makes the determination whether to prosecute or not. Most police are not invested into guilt or innocence unless it pertains to a serious crime. At least the vast majority.. there are bad apples in every single business.
Remember the first line of Miranda: "You have the right to remain silent". Exercise that right continuously until they give up.
yes then next thing you know your in front of the judge looking at you severe telling you that innocent peoples don't behave that way...

Been there done that. Only words that left my lips were my name and DOB (have to ID myself by State law), I'm now exercising my Right to remain silent as well am also requesting an attorney before any questioning. And only had to once say "Are you continuing to question me after I've already requested an attorney?"
You left out that to stop the questioning ask for a lawyer. I know it wasn’t in the report.
Rule 1 - Never talk to the police - even small talk.
Rule 2 - Never help the police, either in interview or out on the street.
Rule 3 - Repeat Rule 1 and 2
Then why the FUCK do so many still talk?
@@Chris-bs4qy too many believe theyre slick enough to talk their way out of it. Then there are those who have this delusion that their rights mean anything to these cops. Lastly you have the ones that think they have "nothing to hide" and that will save them.
@@lilithdemonia74 - I believe I am slick enough to talk my way out of it but in addition to that I KNOW that I am slick enough to talk my way out of it, I know from experience. The secret is simple, both my understanding of law and my IQ was higher than that possessed by the polce officer. This only works of course if you are innocent like me.
I hope they never help you !
@robertwadas I hope they never help me too cause that always ends bad for me... I don't and will not call or talk to cops. I can take care of me and mine just fine.
All the suspect needs to know is that they cannot win anything in the game. Every interaction either is neutral or bad for them. The winning move is not to play (and invoke the right to an attorney, at which point they must stop the interrogation).
the winning move is to ask for free food. Ask to sit in their swivel chair.
it would be so fun if you play them. Instead of talking about the crime, you should talk about incoherent and random stuff.
The police are not there for a friendship service.
They are there to score points on the leaderboards at the office.
Think before you offer a witness statement. The first thing they think is why are you offering to be a witness. They dislike and suspect everyone.
Yes. I've known some LE who would rather have a false conviction than no conviction at all.
Their job is to collect things that can be used in court to convict someone. That's a useful task, but pits them against anyone they're talking to. Anything you offer could be used against you, even if you're innocent.
Haha yep🙈 🤐👍
The only way to win is not to play.
Exactly the pattern followed to draw people into cults, but played out over a longer period. A game, as you say, where only one side is in control.
They win because they can lie to you but it is a crime to lie to them.
If you talked to the cops, then you lost.
If you are ever in an interview room, you already screwed up. Do not even talk to these people. The only thing you should tell them in person is that you are invoking your 5th amendment right to remain silent and you need a lawyer right away. If they call you, don’t tell them anything. Get their contact info and immediately end the call by letting them know you will forward their information to your attorney.
If you're guilty you need a lawyer. If you're innocent you REALLY need a lawyer.
Remember, you can never win, the most you getting out is not making things worse.
Just like the lesson learned by the computer at the end of the 80s movie "WarGames", the best strategy to employ to win is to not play the game. The best way to win at the "interrogation game" is to not play their game, a game whose sole purpose is to extract incriminating evidence from you in which you will be convicted. Unless you are being paid by the police department to assist in the case they're trying to build against you, don't do their job for them. Whether they are "interviewing" you or interrogating you, tell them that you don't want to talk to them and wish to leave, unless you are being detained or are under arrest. If you can't leave then tell them you wish to invoke your 5th Amendment rights to not to be forced to answer questions without the presence of your lawyer, in order to ensure that your constitutional rights are not violated.
Invaluable information...Whether you're guilty or not!
very true!
answer every question with the same words.. "can I go back to my cell now?" if they are asking you questions then they need something from you so you give them nothing at all... you have no idea what they are looking for but you know that it ain't nothing.. give them nothing
... Voice of reason! ...
I'm in the US and I would say to the first question, "I don't answer questions, I want a lawyer." Then to any more questions I'd just say, "lawyer".
@@edwardmiessner6502 wise!.....
"Police officers are often dispatched to difficult and dangerous situations", situations which become "difficult and dangerous", as a result of police officers making them "difficult and dangerous" because they are 'trained' to IMMEDIATELY escalate ANY encounter they have with the public, law abiding or not, to gain compliance.
Yep, that certainly does happen!
You can always change your mind and invoke your rights even after signing the form. You should never have signed it in the first place, but if you did, at the first sign of these games, invoke your right to a lawyer and to remain silent.
The Supreme Court in yet another example of "legal minds" ruled that in order to invoke the right to remain silent...you have to SPEAK ! So "I am invoking my right to remain silent. I am also demanding my right to contact my attorney, immediately" then STFU !!!!!!!!
what if instead, you rip up the form, would be so funny.
Police wouldnt always win if people exercised there rights and never talk to the police thats the worst thing you could do even if your innocent.
How about using the Sean Connery defence:
Police: "Where were you last night?"
Me: "Having sex with your mother."
Police: "That's totally off limits for this interrogation room."
Me: "That's funny, because nothing was off limits with your mother last night."
Police: "Look, we can do this the easy way, or we can do this rough."
Me: "Rough? That's the way your mother likes it!"
LOL
Rsrt, the cops would be you to death, in a room with out camera!
That's beat.
I have covid phobia, light sensitivity and an inability to speak without representation. I therefore need a mask, sunglasses and a lawyer.
Can you pls do an example of interrogation techniques scenarios?
This is a video about what to do when my wife asks me where have I been and why it took so long.
This is exactly the reason why ANY interaction with the police you should assume and know you ARE a suspect. You have the right to remain silent and if you want the interrogation to end just say I want an attorney present during questioning. That’s it nothing more. That’s all you need to say. They are playing a game and so can you. You just have to play it better.
1) Request a lawyer.
2) Invoke the 5th.
3) Shut up.
If you’re in that room you’re it. State that you will not answer any questions and you want a lawyer. Then be quiet no matter what they say. Assume everything they say to you is a lie. You don’t have to help the police in their case against you.
makes sense!
Really good video .. Liked and shared.
Thanks for sharing! 👍🏼
People say you can't beat the cops in the interrogation room, but that's not true. You can score an easy win by saying, "I'm not confessing to anything until I get some Pizza and Dr. Pepper. And don't bring me none of that Papa John's crap! Now get moving."
Would they ever actually do that?
@@Chris-bs4qy They might. I saw a video on RUclips where a guy demanded a butterfinger and a soft drink before he'd talk to the police. They go him a butterfinger but no soft drink. I guess it depends on how bad they want to talk to you.

This is actually funny. An interrogation is the last tool in an investigation. Its used when you dont have important stuff like EVIDENCE. The one thing that is consistent in every investigation is that everyone lies to the police, accused, witnesses, victims even other cops. The only difference is why they lie to you. If someone talks to you and they lie it helps the case you can always disprove a lie. If you tell the truth its called a confession . If you are innocent..talk to the police... if not shut up. Witness interviews are very different from an interrogation.

And you want to tell me that you truly respect law enforcement? You are a fool! Specially if you grew up under Communism and you you see the injustice happening in this country, you should rethink your statement because this is what is coming here.
It's all so simple? Officer says, 'sign ticket, it only acknowledges receipt.' But, it doesn't only acknowledge receipt, it also certifies the information provided is accurate. Perp's from CA, where addresses are not required to be updated until new license every 4-yrs, but ticket's in VA where license is required to be current at all times. Does the CA-perp sign the ticket or not? Stand mute or not? Guess what, not signing earns one a night in jail, car towed and increased fines. Standing silent in front of the magistrate (arraignment) extends jail until trial.
An impounded rental-car up's penalties into $thousands. Miss work for a few weeks in jail and lose career. Sign admitting to a crime or face destruction of one's life?

@@aaronkirsten8079 - Pretend to know "why" all you want, the penalty for driving without a correct address on the license is at least another ticket and out-of-state, another. Couple that with having no way to prove your correct address is surely jail-time, at least until police can find some way to confirm your address? You brag about why, but bureaucracies don't deal in "why," they deal in process. And the process includes much more than your assertion. Now why don't you quit giving people bad advice, blowhard?
@@aaronkirsten8079 - Wasn't trying to avoid giving a correct address. Was in a catch-22 and remained silent. Government created the catch-22. Availing oneself of their rights should not result in punishment, yet it does. This was just one example. There are many. Police should never find themselves handing out punishment. That's the whole point of American "separation of powers." If a police ever finds himself handing out punishment, they should turn in their badge and find a new line of work.
If a legislator ever finds himself voting for such a catch-22 resulting in police punishing citizens, they too should resign and find a new line of work. If government spent more time maximizing equal-individual-freedom and less time taking legal-bribes, America might stand a chance? Instead, we're 80% communist and headed in the wrong direction.

If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you have the right to stop answering at any time. End of miranda warning.
Answer cops questions = put yourself in jail, never answer cops questions. To arrest you, cops receive a lot of money.
