I just remembered that one episode from Love Death and Robots where some Red Army dudes were fighting deamons in Siberia. That was so cool (hehe, see what I did there? Cool. 'casue ya know, it was in Siberia - where it's COLD. hehe), highly recommend watching if you havent already. Edit: it was The Secret War, 18th episode of season 1 of Love, Death and Robots
yup that would be a creat mission idea. that and if liru wanted to stick to the modern ish setting then the episode "Shape-Shifters" would do too. Warewolfs in the US Army whats not to love. Another is a small mission that would make a great ground/air coordination mission, "Lucky 13". the main idea would be to finish the mission without lucky 13 being destroyed. and the last mission i can think of would be a meme mission that originates from "Ice Age" episode. basicaly like the old Counterstike maps where your in a room and the players are small as a mouse but i dont think it would work. making said room would be a clusterfuck the best anyone would be able to do would be a sandbox in a playground or something
Hey Liru, I have a suggestion for an Op you could do, with a (generic) name: Castle Wolf. Basically, a US Airborne unit land in a forested region to capture a German castle during Operation Varsity (Largest Airborne operation by the Allies in a single day), but they end up finding the castle mostly empty. Bonus if there is also a small town as well. Have the soldiers clear out the town/castle, but only have a few enemies: Werewolves. The result of the mad experimentation from a scientist attempting to achieve immortality and create super-soldiers. Have them be very strong and durable, and able to heal from bullet wounds. Only headshots can "down" them, but they will regenerate to full capabilities within a minute. The only way to then "Kill" the werewolves is to use silver bullets. Perhaps you can have the sequence of events go like this: - US soldiers land and run into the first werewolf in the town's entrance - Have only a handful scattered in the town (perhaps maximum of 3 to 5, inside buildings/alleyways) - The soldiers then have to reach a German ammo dump for extra supplies, have a few friendly Germans barricaded inside - Have them reveal the werewolves to be from "Scientist Wolfe" in the castle with SS soldiers inside to protect him - Have the US forces fight the SS and capture the scientist, while having 1 or 2 werewolves constantly harass the soldiers - Once they capture the scientist, reveal the cache of Silver Bullets he has stockpiled - Let the soldiers go wild on the werewolves with these silver bullets, which should be fun to finally finish them off after having immortal werewolves constantly chase you down (You could - End the mission once the last werewolf is taken down I think it would be good to have the werewolves as immortal but stoppable, because there would be a time consideration: They would be limited with ammunition the longer it takes, and there would be greater stress to complete the mission, culminating in a final extermination of the things that would have been making their lives hell the entire Op.
Ops like these are so fun and interesting to watch, I hope you guys do more. I also love hearing the playerbase freakout and roleplay and stuff, super fun stuff.
been watching many of your vids on here and its helped to give some ideas with side ops for my unit, wish to be a good zeus at some point and keep up the funny ops

you really could've picked a better AO for this mission. unless you had trouble setting this in a european-ish map. cuz wasnt the tomb in COD zombies in europe? and you couldve also used some huge warhammer robots as the giants robots in COD
that absolute mad man saluting that officer zombie as he walked right towards him killed me.
You never know if they are zombie or just drunk, he didn't want to risk it
@@XMitrilXPL Even when the dead walk you always gotta salute the officers.

I agree
The Secret war and Suits were the best episodes in terms of epic last stands of that season

30:44 For once, Falcon actually has a legitimate reason to run out on his own.
Few seconds into the video and wiwu said: “I want all of you dead” sounds about right for a wiwu op
