This is actually the best video I've ever seen on how to play on high ping. Actually came at the perfect time for me, I've been struggling so hard playing on high ping, esp since I used to play on 10-20 since I moved. Litteraly everything here applies. Definetly earned a like and sub!

Thank you bro for the tips! A few things to improve in the video: Increase the volume of your speech because It is like 2x lower than other videos. Also dont make the background gameplay darker, even if its to make the viewer focus on the main point, you dont have to darken it

id like to try to go a little bit competitive but with 90 average ping, a lot of crashes in even pubs and 60 - 30fps in endgame with 33% 3d resolution and 800x600 its quite hard, luckily im getting a new pc soon, maybe that will help.

You can take a wall every 5-6 tries on anything below 85 ping, sly jack has a really good vid explaining ping
every 5-6 tries unfortunately isn't reliable enough. sure sometimes you'll be able to take a wall on high ping, but it's better to not take your chances on it unless the other player isn't even holding it.

I get 100 ping and I can still take walks first try you just have to try and confuse ur opponent and wait for them ti edit
@@Clxssic. yea when an opponent isnt holding a wall, you’ll be able to take it. its just better to not rely on it.
@@Izzrr sly jack is full of bs all the pros were flaming him and as someone on high ping it isn't 50/50( the only time the 50/50 works is if ur spraying and ur duo is holding) otherwise in solos it's not gonna work

*BEST TIPS I HAVE*
1. Stop trying to triple edit mid game (double and single edits are faster with higher ping)
2. Play like everyone you are fighting has zero ping
3. Just crank 90s and keep height so you won’t have to worry about focusing people above you
4. Play defensive and only go into boxes with a health advantage
Not really I play on 100ping and I can still take walks and triple edit mid game

I struggle with editing on 28 ping cause i sometimes edit too fast and it doesnt register cause i edit it under 28ms
yea work on your timing. dont try to edit too fast, but rather wait until it will actually let you edit. you’re on good ping, so you aren’t held back by anything. it’s just muscle memory.

since taking walls is random now wouldn't you be able to take walls unless your ping was like 150+ ?
thats a common misconception. taking the wall itself is random, however that’s assuming everybody is on the same ping. when you’re on lower ping, the server will respond faster to your request. ping still makes the difference.

my ping in ranked is about 35-40 however in tourneys i have 45-70 ping

Y9 btq there is a way to take walls on high ping but you have to do it very fast basically you bait them into holding a another piece even works on pros did it to peterbot once
yea if the other player isnt holding the wall, you’ll be able to take it even on high ping. it just isn’t something to rely on every time, because its not 100% successful.

yeah that’s rough. sorry to hear that. if you really wanna go pro, try zero build. right now they only got victory cups, but more tournaments, and bigger tournaments, are definitely on the way.

good video but eomzo had 0 ping before central servers were a thing which is where 85% of his earnings came from excluding LAN events
He also started off playing on an amazing pc, no hate to eomzo or any pro but if your not on 0 ping and dont have the latest pc specs your prob not going to go pro
all of the earnings and placements shown in the video are all from NA Central. Also, Eomzo has lived in Canada during the time East servers were the comp server. appreciate the kind words though ❤️
@@Izzrr You can date his stats back to when he started lol, majority of his earnings are from a lower ping and most of them being from LAN events which you are guaranteed 0 ping. Its a good video its just a bad player to compare to, you could even use reet or someone whose gotten earnings on different servers such as asia as a better example. Also earnings dont classify someone as a pro, you have to be making thousands to consider going into a pro level. Good video, bad player to consider. Also what your not telling viewers is most pros on high ping have fiber internet or use a 3rd party program to actually lower their ping which ironically eomzo does use
Also considering the fact that 110,000$ of his earnings are on a manageable ping and 75,000$ of it are lan that leaves maybe a little over 1,000 maybe on 50 ping which is very manageable having a teammate on 0 and having the newest pc specs
Thats if your including duo cash cups and such, if not than its less than 1,000$ earned through solo tourneys on 50 ping. No hate to eomzo or your video i just think there are better options to compare “high ping” to

50 ping is considered "high" in the competitive seen. if youre playing casually you're perfectly fine with 50 ping 👍

@pwn3r1 you can go competitive at other games. Ping is much more important in fortnite because of builds.
I get around 80 ping and 50 fps depends on area in battle royale on creative i can get 70 ping and 70 fps one time i did quad edit like 3 times not constantly tho but i rlly suck at battle royale cuz of ping bad fps and big delay i even use nvidia profile inspector for potato graphics but i still got bad fps
make sure your monitors are plugged into your gpu, and not your motherboard.

@@santigoldfn yea not gonna lie, i looked at your placements, and no offense but nothing impressed me. qualing in a top 9k solo victory cup is not really something that measures skill. its not really your fault, because ping is something you have no control over, but overall its impossible to place well on such high ping

@@karimjabala7270 endgame and early game ping is never reliable. a lot of the time it says 0-5, when in reality the delay makes it around 100. eomzo has a bunch of things to boost his connection, but he will never reach anything below 35 in game considering how far he is from the server in Dallas.

shouldnt be getting anywhere near 650. it might just be the quality of your connector. run a speed test and see how that goes. if your phone loads videos and everything fine, then you should be able to run fortnite under 60 ping in the UK.
