Is there a floor plan with the Owner's bedroom on the first floor? The Hemingway model is beautiful.
There is a flex room when you first walk in but it doesn’t have a closet or a bathroom connected to it . The decker model has a main level living bedroom amd owners suite in main level . Is this the only feature that your looking for ? I live the Hemingway model it is laid out so nicely

It’s awesome floor plan and get up to seven bedrooms in this house. Three finish levels.
