one of the best pro pool player and instructor. being an instructor is innate i don't think it can be taught. it comes natural just like neils. keep it up terminator.
Hi Niels..I am a c player...side pocket drill was very very useful. I personally want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, from a poor man who is 65 had a triple by pass a spinal fusion l 1 l 4..disc removed from neck, 3 minusca tears in right knee, bad right shoulder neruthy in both feet little twitches in right hand slight carpal tunnel seydrom in left bridge hand battling depression and I am inspired and impressed how much you care about the c players as much as the pros..Again thank you from the bottom of my heart..boston strong!💪
Another excellent video Niels! This is exactly what I needed. I can't count the number of times I've scratched on those stupid shots. It always happens when I'm playing well and I let my confidence get the better of me. Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into these. Much appreciated!!
That’s why the pros looking so easy to clean the table.. because they see and hit the right point on the cueball.. thanks for sharing this.. always learning something new from your video niels.. this is priceless.. 👏👏👍
Your training and the torch you pass onto others is invaluable and is a strong investment in regards concerning parables. Thank you for helping so many pool players advance their game. It has helped me get to levels I never thought possible. May the blessing of The Lord be upon you and your family 🙏
As much as I enjoy your training videos, nothing gets me more than the beginning with your great acting of your misses on shots. :) Absolutely LOVE how you sell the reaction every time!!!!!!
The scratch in the side was a big issue for me until I eventually figured this out... but what I love about this video is your examples and in depth explanations. Gives me more understanding to better hone my skills on these shots. Thanks!
Dear Niels! I have watched you live in Las Vegas, somewhere between 2005 and 2008, at "World pool Masters". My pool teacher is a 9 in APA. She taught me the C version in 2 hours. My fundamentals were such that she videoed and showed me that I wasn't stroking dead straight at all! After some practice I am stroking much more dead straight. I LOVE your videos, I just hope my opponents aren't developing these skills as well. :)
You got it Paul!! Happy to hear you like the videos. 👌 Thanks a lot for watching. There a complete series called "back to the basics". Might be interesting for you: ruclips.net/p/PLzjzZn8Miek1gDQaNlkuB32AHRdwGZwJw
Another lesson from The Terminator but I won't be able to play my table now co'z applied for a new job from the BPO company but I will always watch your videos and that's a promise.thanx Niels!your videos are really helpful.😊👍
Your videos just keep getting better and better. Both didactics and content are great. Thanks for all your work and the valuable stuff, Niels. Your tutorials promote billiards for all performance classes.
Great video Niels!!! Love anytime you give me a new drill. Speed control is something I’m focusing heavily on right now and of course that pesky side pocket is always an issue so this hits both and I appreciate it. Just in time for Turning Stone Classic 9-Ball. PayPal on the way my man!
Niels, I don't think I ever noticed this until now, but you have a beautiful and subtle stroke slip (throwing the cue, and different than slip stroke). It shows when you're down on the balls on right side of the table here. I'd love to hear/see you talk about that- why, when, and how you use it. Clearly it's for medium/firm shots, I just would love your insight. I also have a stroke slip and it's really helped keep me stroking straight on those shots.
This is one of the best drills out there. It's a great tool to hone your timing and touch. And it's lots of fun as well with the challenge of running multiple racks. Thanks Neils, nice job.
Awesome drill set Niels. I’ve been working on this shot for the last week so I’ll be adding your multi ball format for sure. Excellent demonstration as always Sir. 👍🏻💪🏻👍🏻
Geweldige video weer Niels.
Hi Niels, good Drill. But, like any other Drill you demonstrate… it‘s all about work. It needs discipline and a lot of tools to be successfull. You brougth the tools, discipline is our part. Thanks for your Support and explantation. Paypal on the way ;) best channel ever!
I tried the C version and surprised myself, as I completed it 2 times and that was my only attempt. I consider it pretty challenging, so happy with that as a result, but I had some shots I had to hit with a lot of spin as I was out of line couple times and ended up missing the last shot I hit with a lot of spin. I will try the B player one next. Good drill. I guess playing straight pool has really helped my speed and touch.
Thank you for this drill. I have always hated side pockets because they just seam to have a cue ball magnet when I shot these shots. I am going to run the heck out of this drill until I can leave generous clearance of those sides every time.
I love this drill but I forgot about using more than 6 balls lol and it's still tough as my record is just 10 balls potted. My table has nap cloth so it's slower, I think this makes this drill harder since I have to hit harder which makes potting tougher. I will be changing my cloth this year to match the local pool rooms that have worsted cloth.
Niel, love you drill and knowledge. If you ever tour Wisconsin you will need to let me know, I would love to pick your brain. I for sure would pay for some one on one. Darren Appleton was just here and had a great time with him. love your videos.
