I’m binging BBW season 2 and I see why Tami was so mad. It's interesting when she said that she actually didn't know Shaunie prior to joining the show. I always thought that her and Shaunie were friends from back in the day who reconnected to do the show. But no, like Tami said you have to create a storyline for the show. I believe that's why Shaunie seemed closer with Evelyn because her and Evelyn actually knew each other before the show and were real life friends.
A semi-fictionalized scripted reality show with Tami, Tiffany, and Nene would be some must-see tv. A mix of Jackie's Back, Fat Actress, and Real Husbands of Hollywood. This would be epic.

Tami is defiantly my #1 reality TV personality. I loved basketball wives, but it did appear that Shaunie was always made to look perfect & non problematic. I love Shaunie too, but it just seemed as if you went against her, it would be a problem for you & she would flex. That part I didn't like. Great interview. I think Tami is a great communicator and actress! I think the weight / mental issues might be resolved if she hooked up with a personal trainer and worked on nutrition and weight lifting. Sometimes in life the combination of working out, weight lifting, and home cooked nutrition becomes so time consuming and rewarding that it breaks the mental issues of wanting to be skinny because you start looking sexy, athletic, and toned. Muscle is how you tone.
That was the moment I started side eyeing Shaunie. They conveniently left the flashback of Shaunie telling her to go tell Tammy that even though Evelyn kept saying she didn't think it was a good idea

It's interesting when she said that she actually didn't know Shaunie prior to joining the show. I always thought that her and Shaunie were friends from back in the day who reconnected to do the show. But no, like Tami said you have to create a storyline for the show. I believe that's why Shaunie seemed closer with Evelyn because her and Evelyn actually knew each other before the show and were real life friends.
A semi-fictionalized scripted reality show with Tami, Tiffany, and Nene would be some must-see tv. A mix of Jackie's Back, Fat Actress, and Real Husbands of Hollywood. This would be epic.

Tami is defiantly my #1 reality TV personality. I loved basketball wives, but it did appear that Shaunie was always made to look perfect & non problematic. I love Shaunie too, but it just seemed as if you went against her, it would be a problem for you & she would flex. That part I didn't like. Tami seems like a very nice person who has boundaries & she won't allow folks to walk all over her. Folks can't stan other folks with boundaries.

Great interview. I think Tami is a great communicator and actress! I think the weight / mental issues might be resolved if she hooked up with a personal trainer and worked on nutrition and weight lifting. Sometimes in life the combination of working out, weight lifting, and home cooked nutrition becomes so time consuming and rewarding that it breaks the mental issues of wanting to be skinny because you start looking sexy, athletic, and toned. Muscle is how you tone.
