That's a lot of #3s!!! I saw a MP post that said you need three #3s -- what a runout that would be!!! Nice climbing, I appreciate that you didn't edit out your rest -- looks strenuous (but beautiful)!
I got spanked pretty hard in Indian creek. On my first trip I just followed the whole time and the second trip I was the one putting up the ropes. I didn't realize how uncomfortable I get when I'm pumped and have to climb above my gear 😅
Beautiful route. Do you think the 10c rating is from the opening moves to gain the crack? Or how sustained the climbing looks? Or is the real crux finding that many #3s?
If you know what your doing. Have decent crack experience. The upper crack itself could be labeled 5.9. But the lower crux is for sure awkward and harder than the rest of the route... I do believe it earns the 10c rating and it 100% a gate keeper to the splitter above.

@@makaicreative yeah man. Get after it. Just take your time and look for some gear to protect the move. Or find someone who's got a rope on the route already and ask for a quick TR
@@Brox_Rocks Nice! I do remember my first time up Supercrack, the start was the crux for me. It seems so often as soon as the climbing gets awkward the protection is harder to find or place. Years later I learned how to use my feet in wide cracks and that section became so much easier. These days I don't place any gear until I am in the hands splitter but you don't want to blow it. What a great climb!

Sure did. Got under the bulge and came back down to reaccess. Committed to getting my feet up and found gear .

Mt Project says the bottom first pitch crux is "maybe 10c"
