Outstanding, inspirational display of tropical edibles that should be helpful to me here in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I am organically producing hundreds of grafted mango trees 🥭 in rich soil, but will add veggies now too. Thank you for this exciting tour!

Hello Paul, thank you for sharing this. I remember seeing a video about this young man when he was just starting out and it is great to see his progress.
Unfortunately due to my location, here on Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands, I am not able to order any plants from him. I am, however, very interested in the varieties of tropical vegetables and some of the fruit trees which he has for sale. Maybe one day he can help someone such as myself to source and acquire some of these plants or maybe seeds. The process of importation here is difficult and expensive if not just straight up disallowed.
My small farm is 1.218 acre on some very inhospitable land. I practice organic and permaculture based growing. One of my main issues is the nutsedge which is impossible to eradicate (I do not use herbicides) Do you or maybe Connor have any insights or advice which you can share in this regard?
All the best to you and Connor, God Bless.
    J

A small gardener taught me something use coffee bags (the woven type) that perhaps are used to bring in beans to maybe a roaster on the island, you can use that on the ground and then mulch on top. Of course you want to make sure the beans have not been sprayed with anything. (I don’t know if they do that or not but since you are organic I wanted to mention it.) Also solarizing an area with tarps prior to planting.

What I have heard about the American beauty berry is they have no flavor or not much but they make good tasting jam. I tried growing it to distill the oil out of the leaves because it is supposed to make a great insect repellent, I should have planted it outside it might have lives, I don't know if I over watered it or what but what I managed to get germinated died on me during the winter. You need to post the recipe for your moringa leaf extract , what did you say it is used for? Thanks
