My brothers used to work at an old local card shop for a couple years or so and anyways they would get paid in booster boxes and had all the best cards to beat people at the same shop lol.
I treasured everything. Got some really rare cards as well. But gave them to my friend before I finished primary school as my final gift to him cause we were never gonna see eachother again. Farewell Jake my YuGiOh partner. Hope you still have the cards I loved so much.

I went to Walmart a few days ago and saw the Egyptian God structure decks for 10 bucks a piece. To get all three Obelisk or Slifer you only drop 30 bucks 😬

I don't even know how i got here, I stopped playing yugioh during the time whem synchro monsters were introduced around 10+ years ago.
I enjoyed yu gi oh untill they added the XYZ Monsters ... Everything after that ruined the game imo

Some people like that, others - the majority of players who don't generate cash from hobbies - would prefer to spend the least for the most gain. This vid was 2 years ago, back then tradinf cards were easier to get. It wasn’t until last year where the shortage of cards started. It has more of everyone figuring out all trading cards can be re-sold for high value return online even unopened then a guy buying out a store 2 years ago.
@Conquest I think if he could maybe he would. I also think that it's not possible to do this anymore. Target limits purchases of cards per person and even if they didn't they have maybe max 4 card packs out at a time. Same with other retail stores, so i doubt it.
