Having so many kids clothes, which are in use too.. So, how to organise effectively?
If possible use hangers it occupy less space only. Kids hangers available in Amazon. You can check out my store front link in description box also.
But declutter before organizing so that it stays tidy.

For now, i restrict places for play and eating
Now i encourage him to clean , by seeing me cleaning he will also clean
Afterwards I draw some small stars in his hand or give him a small gift or allow him to watch phone or some snacks.
I hope it helps for now, but you have to practice with your kid.
