Safety Rule: Always rmeove the negative cable first, connect negative last. The negative cable is electrically connected directly to the car's frame. This means if The negative cable is connected to the battery and you have your wrench on the + terminal, turn it until it touches anything metal, sparks fly. So don't put a wrench on a positive terminal unless the negative terminal cable is disconnected. Think about it.
You missed installing the vent plug on the left hand side of the battery. The plug is connected to the positive safety cover in your video. Thanks for the video!!

When my put the 3-pin throttle connector in the controller, the bike doesn't turn on, because there is no key or nothing to turn it in. I'm talking about the rid star q20. Please help me. I've had this bike for a month, and I wanted to change half twist throttle to full throttle. PLEASE HELP!!!!😭😭

Is the harness on the controller for key a 2 pin or 3 pin connector?

You might want to use a “memory saver battery” next time.
Yes but reset of BMS is best bet as you don’t have ant software thinking you have old battery at lower voltage
