this commercial is so calm compared to the ones now
Katarina Monroe. And simpler too. No need for a Medical or Law Degree or a set of ear plugs🤦♂️🤦♀️📺😣🤝
I remember commercials distinctly becoming loud and obnoxious in the 80s
My family would have this as a side dish to meatloaf pork chops etc loved the tangy Italian style
My Mom made Kraft and Chef Boyardee boxed spaghetti all the time when I was growing up.
This is Margaret Draper. You can search her name for commercials she did over several decades. I knew her at the end of her life. I even had her over for dinner a few times - we did not cook Kraft spaghetti. She was a fascinating woman with great stories.
good LORD we ate a lot of that stuff when I was a kid back in the 60s and 70s! Not only Kraft, but, Chef Boy-Ar-DEE too!! actually whichever kind was on sale that week at either Kroger or A & P or Big Bear.
I remember Big Bear! Used to get a free sugar cookie from the deli as a kid every time we went grocery shopping. Those were the days.
Or at alpha beta
Dont think I ever had the Kraft Spaghetti Dinner. But loved the Noodles and Chicken. So of course the bastards discontinued it a couple years back.
Damn them! It was so slippery and salty!!!!
Thanks for posting.I enjoy them too!
Noticed how the kids never actually tasted the spaghetti?
Our how white it is lol no sauce anywhere
Black spaghetti sauce haha. You can still get the Tangy Italian spaghetti on Amazon - check it out.
You can still buy the Tangy Italian in some grocery stores. You can have to get your own sauce though. I don't think they make the Mild American anymore though.
So nice and calm and civilized compared to the shit on TV now
I agree with you 💯.
Lol mild American style... ie no garlic or spices
How come the spaghetti twirlers are constantly rolling plain spaghetti and not saghetti with sauce on it? Who you trying to fool?
They still make this, but it's not sold everywhere. It's really good.
Wow. It's-a my mamma! I had never seen this one! ❤️
First time I seen kraft spaghetti usually the Mac n cheese dinners
That sauce looks like used motor oil lol.
It was in black and white and it did look like motor oil.
It was
Didn't you know?
Hello,
Was wondering where you found this original video?
Thanks,
Jake
This is what The Barenaked Ladies meant when they sang about eating Kraft Dinners even if they had a million dollars.(LOL.)
Would love to try these today and taste what they were tasting in 1964. Was it better or worse? Anyone still alive that can attest?
HeySeanEly sent me here
Back in the days when mom was actually home to cook dinner for the kids.
A dying breed!
...with a pre-packaged box.
Before everyone needed to work to not die
@@pansexualpixels1910 so true. Sad
The mothers voice sounds eerily familiar anybody have an idea who she was ?
Every housewife in America on mothers little helpers in the 50s and 60s
looks like motor oil in BW
American style? Their own style?
did the kids spit it out after eating it?
0:16 Geminis like it too? How about the rest of us?
Jim and I crickets....
Looks like heated up MRE's.
My man would beat my a$$ if I made that crap.
We are real spaghetti
Real homemade sauce n real durum pasta we called by its shape or MACARONI'S
not pasta
The Yuppies started that word and it became popular n tomatoes n PASTA went up in price
😠
I never liked Kraft Spaghetti.
