That "Bubble Me Gibby" feeling is one I am all too familiar of.
I play a lot of solo queue and I am a gibby main for the most part, I do my job at keeping the team alive and well, much like pyro from TF2, using my thicc dome to scare off any intruders.
But whenever someone takes my Big boy from me, they are either a master at communicating using sign language or are just frolicking in a field of flowers, blissfully unaware of the 3 squads fighting right beside me.

what about low lvl players who know what they're talking about but can't actually execute it unless they're clutching with their vk/r301 pk loadout
What about the ones that drop solo away from the team, rush into enemies and instantly die. And since this is ranked and they can't just leave, they keep spamming their box and the beacon and are aggressive in chat (obviously text only) blaming the rest of the team.
As im a caustic I stay with my team I’m always telling every random team “stay together don’t die in a minute”
Caustics are notorious for the "stick together and don't die" mantra xD They're like the gas protectors of the game. I even had a master player that was constantly telling me and our Valk teammate what to do and WHEN to do it. Very annoying lol

At least throw the traps at random spots you pass through. makes other team expect you to be there and might give you a free kill if someone takes a breather. But keep on moving :D

as a bangalore main my self i can say that we shoot and run cus we want the passive to work and to make people come to our places to our fights and to were we know that we have an advantage even if little one

I once had a player in arena who was literraly screaming in the microphone i instantly muted my pc then got the voice audio to 15% and i told them : Muted D: but i stil heared him screaming and the other one was telling him to stop then after 2 minutes he stopped

As a caustic and an avid charge rifle user, your correct about the camping part, although i only really camp late game, and for the charge rifle part. Am i the only charge rifle user whos good at close range?
Nah, had charge rifle kills at drop. It can totally be used up close, even if it is a sniper.
