Undyne is literally his worst matchup, because she's thoroughly trained, determined to a fault, and uses Green Mode. Sans also has 1HP, so even sparring with her is a death sentence. Even if you divide all stats by ten for the genocide route, that's still 10/10 vs 30/30. He cannot canonically remember RESETs, SAVEs or LOADs.
