I'm almost a year old with those Logitech Z313 speakers and the truth is that I would like to buy them again but to use them in the future. A good sound at a good price that is appreciated, I like how practical they are and I use them to listen to music while using the computer or cell phone. I also have the Logitech Z906 and the only 2 complaints I have are: 1. It heats up too much and 2. The subwoofer distorts, because I don't think 165 watts RMS can't stand, at most 150 watts RMS and I hear the subwoofer transducer distorted at 75% of the total volume of the system and with the volume of the subwoofer to the maximum and without using an equalizer to improve its sound (distortion is when the transducer is forced and the coil begins to heat up to a volume less than 100%). Logitech should renew its old digital sound systems for something more modern, whether it is a wireless soundbar or home theater that retains versatility in connection but with improvements such as the incorporation of a codec and a tweeter for satellite speakers. @@instaViralvideos351 Exactly, a soundbar with a wireless subwoofer that is balanced sound, the logitech Z906 what I don't like is that the front satellite speakers sound weak and I was able to add a tweeter with crossover so that it sounds a little louder in terms of treble and vocal. It would be better to renew those old sound systems and really better than those from JBL.
@@alanasg8038 Logitech need to update their sound system like JBL. Like Deep bass and clear vocal clarity,connecting features, complete wireless, Bluetooth, HDMI,ARC,AARC, OPTICAL,3.5 MM audio jack, and better deeper bass sound with 10 inch subwoofer, more people are those features highly expecting from Logitech Brand.
@@instaViralvideos351 You should definitely improve on all that and add a Bluetooth audio codec, but if you kept that versatility in connections and improvements it would raise the price a little more. And well, I hope and if Logitech renews its old sound equipment and hopefully the subwoofer doesn't heat up again like the Z906.
Thats because they put an amp thats too strong for the system, the full power of the system is at 75%, over it is forced, I think they did that because some songs have the sound lowered, and because of that you can turn the volume to 100% so you can hear that song at the same magnitude like the rest that run on 75% max. I actually tested that at a party, some songs were clear sounding at 100%, and some of them were distorted if i turned the volume higher than 65-75%
Found 1 today, thrift store $12.99, using the sub in conjunction w homemade portable mini crafts style case multimedia speaker, fills out my Lil 1br here in Vegas to soothing smooth bass, took a chance to dance and I say this system will enhance any small space w sonic grace
That satellite speaker has fake port 😂😂 and that subwoofer magnate have same size of that midrange speaker 😂😂 and your content is awesome brother 😄😄

@@Danielle-zx3uo There are some models that have 7 or 9 inch subwoofer, for example Logitech Z625 with a 7 inch subwoofer, or also the Edifier S350DB and S360DB that I don't know how much they measure but I think their subwoofer is 8 inches.
Edifier usually includes a tweeter and mid woofer in their speakers, which Logitech does not
I have the little desk controller like that for my speakers and the volume knob is a little crackly when adjusting the volume. Now that I've seen inside, I'm wondering how I would even try to fix that on this one. I saw one of your videos for another Logitech system that had a more traditional knob, but it doesn't look like the part that you sprayed in that video even exists in this model...

I don't have it but from the measurements of the subwoofer box I think it's 4 inches
Yeah it's 4 inches tall one of my top 3 biggest speakers I currently have right now the biggest one is right now is a amplifier with a 6 inch subwoofer
Hands and fingers off of the speaker cones. They are temperamental and can be damaged very easily. There is no need whatsoever to push them in and out. As classical is my style, over-loud bass is anathema. I am interested in adding a variable rheostat (resistor in other words) to reduce the bass volume to be commensurate in volume with the rest of the music. Does anyone have cicuit details and pics of layout where bits and pieces are, and what resistance units would be needed, so that I do not, of necessity, have to start investigations from scratch. Thank you.

Logitech is mediocre and overrated. The drivers are good, but the whole system is not. The amp is rated more than the drivers. They claim that the satellites are 35 watts, but they’re really only 10 watts. They’re okay and not the worse, but I don’t recommend buying them if you like really loud bass. The bass also distorts when you crank it up.

Dayum bro, what a cheap crap, there is no bracing and stuffing material and drivers look comedically small. Mind you i`ve had both Logitech X-210 and Z-313, which are basically identical except for outside design. I was happy with them at that point but couldnt go back to pc speakers now i have medium size 30W grundig bookshelf units with dedicated amp.
Sadly it seems the satellites on these are known for going out. :/
