Rick Runs Ultra Adelaide 100km 2024

Took my GoPro with me and filmed my participation in Ultra Adelaide 100km. This was my first 100km ultra marathon and took me over 20 hours to complete. The video captures many of the locations in the event course, and is rich in my progressively stupefied commentary. Thanks and enjoy.

Congrats on the 50k. Sorry to hear about the Blisters... I'd choose my I.T. band issues over blisters anyday. Hope you can get a fix going so you can enjoy the descents in the future. All the best.
