Takes me back to my childhood days ..Open Fields ..stone walls..Hawthorn hedges for fences..Laying in the Wheat field looking up watching a Airplane go over...didn't see many back then...Wondering where they were going to...and would I ever go in one..but Country life was amazing...Following animal tacks on the snow...

The English side of my family originates in Balcombe which is where my last name comes from.
Truly a beautiful place and I feel such a connection to it.

I would says this was made at a guess in about 1984. Lovely to see. Times don't change. I an in SE England too and I like the 80 year old go out into the garden and work there and nothing cheers you more than being in nature. I have given up fighting grey squirrels however as there are vast numbers and every year they eat or destroy 100% of the plums

Hard to skin, but tastier than rabbit....squirrel. Trapped and eaten quite a few. But beware, may contain nuts! Peace be unto you.
